Get row group run

Read one row’s workflow or enrichment-group outcome: run state, output cells keyed by column name, and providers in cascade order with status, hosted-key cost, duration, and the matching provider. runState: null means never run; cascade: null means no breakdown was recorded. Missing tables, rows, or groups return 404. Run state above 2 MiB returns 413.

Your Sim API key, personal or workspace-scoped. Generate one under Settings, then API Keys. Operations that reject workspace keys say so in their own description.
