Generate a saved welcome email and send a test to your own inbox.

Before You Begin

Use Node 20 or newer. Add your brand and create a brand API key at Settings → API. Generation uses credits. You do not need an audience or a verified domain.
Replace the recipient with your own inbox. Keep the key on your server. For an organization key, pin a brand first.

Generate and Test an Email

Save this as first-email.mjs in the project where you installed the SDK:
The same calls work in TypeScript. Generation can take a minute or more. Check the result before using it. Generation may return an explanation; send() has separate test and production responses. Open [TEST] Welcome aboard in your inbox. The test uses Brew’s default sender and creates no production send row. Reuse the keys above when recovering the same requests; use new keys for a new design or test. Idempotency owns the replay contract.
