The Brand page holds the details, links, and design files Brew uses to make every email feel like yours. Open it from Brand in the sidebar. From an agent, get_brand and update_brand over MCP read and edit the same identity. update_brand changes the brand name, tagline, description, and contact details, and can replace email-design.md and image-style.md. Logos and colors are app-only. A header above the tabs shows the brand’s logo, name, and website, with a Use in your agent button. The page has four tabs: Every value here flows into every email Brew generates. You don’t set them again per email. Logos and images have their own page, Assets. The unsubscribe page lives under Domains, as a default page and one per marketing domain.

Details

Who the brand is, in the words Brew reuses everywhere. Each card saves on its own.
  • Brand name. How Brew names you in emails and on your unsubscribe page. Changing it doesn’t touch emails you already sent.
  • Logo. Brew places it in your email headers and footers and on your unsubscribe page, and picks the right version for light and dark backgrounds. Choose from Assets opens Assets, where the logo files live.
  • About. Your tagline and description. Brew reads them before it writes anything for you.
  • Contact details. Your mailing address, contact email, and phone number. Brew adds them to your email footers. The mailing address goes in every marketing email (required by CAN-SPAM).
Edit the description if Brew’s first-pass copy doesn’t sound like you. Small changes here produce big changes in tone. Organization admins also see Delete brand at the bottom of Details. It permanently removes the brand and everything scoped to it. Multiple Brands lists what that covers. Emails already sent aren’t affected. See Multiple Brands before you delete one. After a rebrand, update your design files instead of deleting the brand. Set a design baseline covers how.

Assets

Logos and images have their own page. See Assets. The links that appear in your emails.
  • Footer icon style. How the social icons look in your emails: Colored, Monochrome, or Outline. It applies to emails Brew designs from then on.
  • Social profiles. Shown as icons in the footer of your emails. Click Add profile, pick the platform (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, GitHub, TikTok, Discord, and more), then paste the URL. Platforms you’ve already added are greyed out in the picker.
  • Pages Brew can link to. Blog posts, docs, customer stories, and other pages Brew picks from when an email needs somewhere to send people. Click Add page, pick a category (Blog, Docs, Customers, Changelog, Press, Content), and paste the URL.
Edit or remove any profile or page from its row’s menu.

Email-design.md

Renders your brand’s email-design.md: brand essence, signature moves, the color system, typography, and your voice and standing instructions (custom footer copy, formatting rules). It’s one document, and Brew reads it before it designs any email. Edit any line and every email generated afterward inherits it. Edits save as you type, and Download .md saves a copy. Everything about the file, including how to set it from an email you already like, is on Set a design baseline.

Image-style.md

Renders your brand’s image-style.md: the visual spec for any imagery Brew generates. It covers palette, subjects, composition, lighting, and a list of what to avoid. Brew reads it before it makes any image. It’s separate from the logos and images on Assets, which Brew uses as they are. See Set a design baseline for what the file covers and how to shape it.
