I mistakenly ordered 2 necklaces and when I asked for a refund it was dealt with by Janice and the team promptly and professionally

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience genuinely deserved one. I reached out to customer support expecting the usual back and forth, but they were fast and friendly, and actually solved my issue. They followed up to make sure everything was resolved. Highly recommend!

In a world where it seems there is so much bad, and things going wrong, this company is proving that there are still good people and companies out there! I ordered a bracelet for my son, and after I purchased it, I noticed that I had given the wrong city for the address where it was going. I reached out, explaining my situation, and almost immediately, they responded, and said they would fix it. They very quickly did! Then a communication problem on my end, I thought it had never been delivered, but it had. I reached out to Von Riche several times, and every time they responded quickly, kindly, and professionally. They were very quick in their responses, and not once did they make me feel as if was a bother. I will definitely recommend them to others, and not hesitate to use them again myself. Go ahead, you won't be sorry!

Purchased what I thought would be a beautiful necklace for my wife on Valentine’s Day with our kids names on it and the product description said it was 18k plated gold. The “gold” wore off completely in under 4 months and Von Riche wouldn’t offer a new necklace or return the money. Wife is very upset because it was special to her but what Von Riche sells is all a fake products and false advertising. Complete scam. Do not buy this cheap junk, if I could rate it in the negative I would but 1* is the lowest I can go.

I ordered a graduation gift for my grandson. I never received a confirmation for my order. There is no tracking of my order.…..
But Von Riche took the funds out of my account.
I have no way to contact them.
My experience has not been good!
And my grandson did not get a graduation gift from his grandmother .

Wait till you try to return something, you have to jump thru hoops. They make you pay for insurance from them, have your original purchase confirmation email, get a RMA number which is very confusing to find. Pay the postage.

SCAM Alert! I was charged for two of the bracelet's. The shipping company is non-existent. I was charged $96 and change and although Von Riche stated my order was delivered by GOFO. It was not received by my daughter.

When I reached out to Customer Service. What a joke. Just a run around.
Please don't fall victim to this racket.

There jewelry pulls at your heartstrings but it doesn't exist. Save your money.

When I placed my order I put in my address wrong. They have a message that says to email them for any questions. So I did and they got back to me and said they fixed my address. I ordered the "son" bracelet for a college graduation gift. Thank you!

The first time my son put on his guardian bracelet the bead part of it broke and the beads went everywhere. I contacted the company and they said nothing they can do because it wasn’t within 3 days of the order! I ordered it for Christmas so naturally I ordered it to come before Christmas. I notified them 6 days later when I finally saw my son and gave it to him. He loved it but the same day within hours it broke and now the meaningfulness of it all is meaningless. I would have appreciated them fixing it but they don’t do that either. At first it appears to be well made but definitely not the bead part. Shameful!! At least fix it!! Bad workmanship!

The bracelet I bought was a very meaningful gift that my son loved and will be able to physically see that he is never alone.

I bought a Guardian bracelet for my son who is in college. The 1st one "yall sent" I never got and the 2nd took forever to get here from China which is the problem. My son had it for less than a week before it broke when he was reaching into his book bag.You would think for $50+ it would be a bit harder to break than that.He said theres was hardly a tug on his wrist when the beads went across the floor.

I ordered my son a Graduation gift. It was accidentally delivered to the wrong address. Idk how it happened because it was not my address. I contacted customer service and told them the sad news and they right away went into action to find out what happened and apon further review they gave me the option to replace the item or a full refund. They replaced the item and I am so happy they were able to take care of the mishap. I would indeed recommend Von Riche for your next special gift. Thank you Von Riche, so grateful.

I ordered a product that would not fit my son. I reached out to Von Riche and they offered a discount on a new order that would fit my son. Now I can wear the smaller one and my son can wear the larger one and this makes it even more special.
