The furniture is too hard and uncomfortable to be used in a home

The furniture arrived significantly later than was indicated. When I called the shipping company, they let me know that they delivered only once a month to Asheville NC.
The Henrietta 3 person green velvet couch is pretty, so if you just want it for images it will work. But the couch is very hard to sit on - extremely uncomfortable. My daughter is only 5'3" and it's very uncomfortable for her, and I'm 5'6" and I just cannot get comfortable.
The Henrietta 2 person loveseat is a little bit more comfortable, but only barely. Both pieces need to be returned.
To return, they want the pieces in the original packing and I have to find a courier to do the return and they charge a 25% restocking fee. When I looked at the return policy before purchasing, I used their reviews of their products to decide to take a chance and know I could possibly be losing hundreds of dollars on the purchase, but decided to take a chance. I would high recommend that no one do this. We're all pretty used to being able to return things without these high fees and barriers. I will just have to pay, but what a regretful purchase.

Site says 3-8 business days for shipping. It’s been 10, The tracking number shows it hasn’t been shipped yet. Site also says cancellations can be done via chat or email. I did both. Both told me that they cannot process a cancellation. I need to reach out to my credit card to do a charge back. If you’d like this experience, then use this site

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Horrific customer service. Ordered a desk for $300+ and tried following the instructions. While repositioning the partially assembled desk, the whole thing twisted on me and tore several of the screws out of the particle board, damaging two panels beyond repair. There were no notes or warnings in the instructions indicating that you needed to reposition the assembly with extreme care or that it required multiple people to reposition it to avoid twisting.

I contacted their customer service and they said they have discontinued their replacement part service and suggested I contact a third-party repair person (despite my telling them the two damaged panels were damaged beyond repair). Then they offered me a $90 refund...then offered me a 30% refund as their final offer.

I reported the purchase as fraud to Chase, filed complaints against them with the US FTC, econsumer.gov, Maryland Consumer Protection Division and have left multiple negative reviews on Reddit, here and elsewhere.

Liers and expensive for the quality

They market themselves in the United States, but they don't tell you where they actually ship their furniture from. Their website states that delivery takes 8 days. The bed I ordered arrived a month and a half later—and although I ordered a King size, they sent me a Full. Since I hadn't taken a screenshot of my order, they claimed that I had, in fact, ordered a Full. I sent them numerous emails requesting delivery updates; they consistently replied that the item had already been shipped, continuing to lie to me in this manner. When I asked them to cancel my order, they sent me a fake tracking number—and they kept this up for weeks. I want to return it, but they are demanding that I pay a 25% restocking fee plus whatever shipping costs are incurred to send it back to their storage facilities. They shipped that bed from another country, yet they were never able to tell me exactly where it was coming from.

Never Buy From Daals — Especially if You’re a US Customer

Months later, Daals continues sending the same scripted responses demanding “clearer evidence” for a defect that has already been repeatedly explained and documented as internal and felt during use, not reliably visible on camera.

I have provided photos, diagrams, detailed written explanations, and multiple videos in good faith regarding a defective $1,300 sofa reported damaged on the day of delivery. Instead of offering a reasonable resolution, Daals continues hiding behind “internal teams” while refusing access to any actual decision-maker.

In my experience, this process is unethical and appears designed to avoid resolving legitimate defective product claims. As a result, I have lost $1,300 with no refund, no return, and no resolution.

US customers should be especially cautious, as support is limited to email and operates outside US hours.

Cheap broken product and bad customer service

Absolute garbage. I cannot imagine these other reviews are real. The wardrobe arrived with two big pieces completely broken in HALF. It's unusable. I sent a photo of the broken pieces and the customer service asked me for all of this as thought I have time to deal with this:
A clear photo showing the main issue -- it was already provided!!
A photo of the full item -- we didn't finish assembling since the middle section is unusable!
Photos of both the inner and outer packaging
A photo of the batch number (usually found on the side of the box)
A clear, close-up photo of shipping label
I think this company is fraudulent and a total rip off for cheap particle board product.

I ordered two armchairs, no delivery, no response.

I ordered two armchairs, they charged around 1000 to my credit card. Chairs never arrived. Contacted customer service a week after ordering, got a “sorry for the delay” but no actual lead time. Contacted them again a week later, they told me they were out of stock with my selection and would I please select something else?? No offer to refund my money. I doubt I would have even that info if I hadn’t contacted them. I asked them to return my money, no response, nothing credit back to my account. There’s no response when I call. This company just wants to steal your money.

Absolute worst customer service I have…

Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ordered 7 pieces of furniture. Dresser did not arrive. Took weeks to get a replacement ordered. When this replacement arrived only one of two packages was delivered. Took another month for any solution. Customer service kept me hanging on saying they were ‘investigating’ so after over two months of waiting I requested a refund. They only refunded me for the item and not the tax.
As I had also purchased the matching nightstands I reordered the dresser. I requested that the $19.99 delivery fee be refunded for my troubles, as I had previously not had to pay delivery. This request was declined.
Asked for replacement for scratched drawer and missing knob over 8 weeks ago and still yet to be resolved.

I ordered a bed on April 28th and it was supposed to arrive within 8 business days. The company debited my bank acct within 10 seconds. It's now March 8th, and I have no confirmation #, no shipping date estimate, and, while I receive responses from customer service, they still will not provide any relevant information. I'm going to contact my bank to stop payment. Avoid this company!!!!

Fraudulent activity website, stay away

Ordered a bed. Never received a receipt that I ordered it. No phone number for customer service. Only emails. Requested receipt multiple times - 3 weeks later still no bed and no receipt. Cancelled the order. No refund, no receipt no bed. Opened dispute with credit card. This appears to be a fraudulent website.

THEY DO NOT HAVE A USA ADDRESS SO YOI ARE NOT ABLE TO FILE A BBB COMPLAINT. After two weeks and no delivery I contacted the company and they assured me the order was processing, after multiple inquiries finally they admitted to a mistake and would “deliver right away”. When delivery happened I only received a rug, NOT the couch as I was told it was damaged in transit. I contacted the company and asked when they would send a new one and they said after the did an investigation with the delivery company. 5 days later, still no repo we to when the delivery will happen. I now asked for a refund and they told me no due to the couch already being in transit. Yes, the damaged couch… so I am expected to wait until THEIR INVESTIGATION ON THEIR delivery company to either get a couch or money back. Meanwhile this couch was purchased for a business that cannot wait any longer and their response is to put ME AND MY BUSINESS AND WALLET on hold BECAUSE OF THEIR MISTAKE. Terrible customer service. I don’t trust them. HOW CAN I FILE A BBB COMPLAINT for my money back when they hide where and who there are!?!

Daals is incredibly frustrating…DO NOT ORDER

Daals was an incredibly frustrating company to deal with. We paid $150 for shipping and delivery with the understanding that our couch would arrive while we were in town, and that did not happen. Instead, we got a delivery notification only 30 minutes before the truck arrived, on a day we were not expecting delivery at all. We were out of town and had to scramble to find someone to go to the house and sign for it, which cost us extra money.

Because the couch was not delivered when promised, we also now have to spend even more money to hire someone to assemble it for us.

To make things worse, when we reached out to customer service to ask for a refund of the shipping cost since the delivery timing was completely mishandled, they refused and were rude, dismissive, and unhelpful.

Overall, this was a stressful, expensive, and disappointing experience. Poor communication, poor service, and no accountability. I would not order from Daals again.

Incredible experience, even better couch!

Hi trust pilot, after reading the reviews, I'm not sure why they don't have 5 stars! We bought the Ashby Chesterfield Large 3-Seater Sofa in Fern Green Velvet. Our couch was delivered on time, we received many email notifications telling us when it was shipped and the process to schedule the delivery was seamless. The couch was exactly as pictured and SO simple to put together (just screwing in legs). 10/10 couch, great company, not sure why there are so many bad reviews.

STAY AWAY

STAY AWAY - Damaged Goods, Terrible Service, Refused Disposal Costs

DO NOT ORDER FROM DAALS. I wish I had read reviews more carefully before purchasing. This has been a nightmare from start to finish.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE - TWICE:
Ordered a $700 armoire. First delivery arrived severely damaged - broken panels, scratches, unusable. After weeks of back-and-forth (only via email, no phone support), they finally agreed to send a replacement.

WRONG + MORE DAMAGED:
Second shipment arrived - not only was it the WRONG item, but it was even MORE damaged than the first. Two failed deliveries, neither piece usable.

CUSTOMER SERVICE NIGHTMARE:

Only available via email (no phone support)
Responses only during odd hours
Takes days to get replies
Zero accountability or urgency
Took WEEKS between first damage report and replacement shipment

REFUSED DISPOSAL COSTS:
After two failed deliveries, I requested a refund. They agreed, BUT refused to arrange pickup or cover disposal costs for THEIR defective merchandise. I now have three enormous boxes of broken furniture weighing around 300 lbs that I have to pay over $200 to have hauled away.

When I explained the boxes are too large/heavy for me to transport and requested they arrange pickup or reimburse disposal, they refused. They expect ME to pay to dispose of THEIR garbage after wasting weeks of my time.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

Quality control is nonexistent
Customer service is email-only and painfully slow
They will NOT take responsibility for their failures
You will be stuck with disposal costs for damaged items
Zero accountability

I will be filing a credit card dispute and BBB complaint. Save yourself the headache and buy from a reputable retailer with actual customer service. This company is not worth the "savings."

Would not recommend to anyone. Total waste of time and money.

If I could give 0 stars, I would

I ordered bedroom furniture from Daals that was originally scheduled for delivery on 3/3/26. For that delivery I received a text message confirming the date and four-hour delivery window. I needed to reschedule, so I called and we scheduled for delivery on 3/10/26. I never received written confirmation of the time, so I had assumed the window was 8am - 12pm, as previously scheduled.

On the morning of 3/10/26, the driver arrived shortly after 7am to deliver the furniture. I was at the gym and missed their phone calls. I called the delivery company back around 7:50am and let them know that I was at home and would be available all day to accept delivery. They indicated that since I missed the delivery, they would need to reschedule for a later date. We then scheduled delivery for 3/17/26. I received a text confirmation with the date and four-hour delivery window.

A few days after rescheduling I received an email stating that I needed to pay a re-delivery fee of $300+ and a storage fee of $115. Long story short, I have been back and forth with the company for days trying to resolve this. Their final response today was that they would be sending the furniture back to their warehouse and I would be responsible for a 25% restock fee (my order was $1100), as well as delivery and storage fees.

I asked for a reasonable option and that's what was offered. Daals has been horrible to deal with.
