Underpaid

Most of the time you can earn les than the minimun wage, at least for spanish jobs. Also sometimes they close accounts without prior notification and their tickets system just say "something suspicious about your account" and the ticket is closed and your money remains out of reach.

We're sorry for your frustration with regard to the jobs we offer. The projects we host vary. There are those that are lucrative and those with standard payments. Clickworkers are at liberty to choose which jobs they want to work on and they can cancel jobs they already started, any time.

Also, temporary suspension is imposed on accounts that engaged in activities most likely constituting breach of terms and conditions. Thorough investigation then ensues to ascertain if there are bases on which to make the suspension permanent or lift it, to reinstate access to temporarily suspended accounts.

If permanent suspension of accounts is proper, the affected accounts will no longer be accessible and any amounts therein are forfeited.

Cierran cuenta y se quedan tu dinero

Mi pareja y yo usabamos la plataforma, un dia decidieron suspendernos la cuenta sin poder cobrar el saldo pendiente. La unica explicacion es que es una activdad sospechosa y luego cierran el ticket quedandose con nuestro dinero. No la recomiendo.

My account got deactivated after 1 day since the registration. They have gathered all the ipersonal nformation and then proceeded with deactivation without giving any reason. Complete scam, avoid at any cost.

BROKEN Support System - Blocked for 9+ Hours, No Human Help

I am Clickworker ID: 28057957. This is my only source of income.

For 9+ HOURS I have been completely blocked from ALL support channels due to a system-wide outage:

1. The official ticket form is BROKEN: "Captcha verification failed" error on every device/browser. I have video proof.
2. The email support bot automatically CLOSES tickets and sends me back to the same broken form.
3. The Facebook Social Team agent promised "We will create a ticket and contact you" but the only response was a copy-paste "clear your cookies" email. They did NOT create a ticket.

My urgent issue: I need a new UHRS Live ID because Microsoft blocked my old one. Clickworker's own help documentation states that ONLY Clickworker support can provide a new one. I am completely locked out and losing money every hour.

I have provided screenshots and video proof to every team. They are ignoring the evidence and gaslighting me by saying "the problem is on your side."

This is not "poor support" - this is ZERO support. The entire system is designed to trap users in a loop with no way to reach a human.

I am tagging @Microsoft because UHRS is their platform and they should know how Clickworker treats its workers.

Clickworker: Stop sending bots. Stop lying. Escalate this to a HUMAN MANAGER who can actually issue a Live ID. It takes 2 minutes.

UPDATE 20/06/2026 5:05PM: Clickworker replied to my review with factually incorrect information to mislead the public.

Their claim "agents promptly sent messages" and "are waiting for my response" is FALSE.

FACTS:
1. I received ONLY 2 automated emails in 12+ hours: "Clear cookies" at 2:40AM and "Ticket created" at 6:36AM. ZERO human replies. I have screenshots.
2. I sent 20+ replies. My tickets are still open. Your agents are NOT waiting for me. I am waiting for you.
3. I am STILL blocked from UHRS as of 5:03PM. My only income source is stopped.

I will NOT email again. My Clickworker ID is 28057957. Provide my new UHRS Live ID here publicly on this Trustpilot thread within 2 hours.

Stop gaslighting workers. Resolve this now. I have video proof.

CRITICAL CORRECTION: My Clickworker ID is 3986508, NOT 28057957. 28057957 is my Support Ticket number.

RESPONSE TO CLICKWORKER'S PUBLIC LIE BELOW:
Your reply "agents are waiting for my response" is FALSE and gaslighting.

THE TRUTH:
1. You blocked my UHRS after I submitted $900 of work.
2. Your only support for 24+ hours was "clear cookies".
3. You then IGNORED all my 20+ replies.
4. Today June 20, you sent me a private email lying "We haven't heard back from you" to trick me into closing my ticket.

I have ALREADY REPLIED to your email today, rejected your lie, and demanded a Senior Manager escalate this.

So NO, your agents are NOT waiting for me. I am waiting for you.

My UHRS is STILL blocked. I have video proof.

Stop lying to the public. Restore my UHRS Live ID immediately. My next step is reporting this to Microsoft UHRS directly with all evidence.

Impossible to process payment

This is the very first review I am writing on trustpilot but I just had to do it. Clickworker is a poorly designed product and if you are addicted to wasting your time this is the platform for you. I have managed to work over $250 on the platform doing UHRS task and its been over 80 days I started and I am yet to withdraw a penny. Everytime I try to initiate a withdrawal they somehow purpose skip over my account. It is almost like they want me to let the money go so they can keep it. It is truly sad.

No reasonable modern platform should have this much hurdle when it come to processing payment.

1. Have a checklist for everything a user has to complete to initiate withdrawal. You can do this at the onboarding.

2. Maintain a minimum withdrawal threshold, once a user surpasses that show them the withdrawal button.

3. Have clear guidelines on what payment platforms are allowed.

4. Get a proper support system with better workers.

and just stop wasting peoples time with this automated invoice system. It is rubbish and it is singlehandedly the reason your trust pilot score is this low.

Great businesses are open to change, if you don't, you will eventually lose to your competitors.

Overquota after full survey - 15 min wasted for 0€

Worked on Clickworker for 2 months. Biggest issue: overquota. They ask all screening questions first, let you complete 100% of the survey, then reject payment with "quota filled". You waste 10-20 minutes per task.
If quota is full, close the survey before people start. Letting users finish and then paying 0€ is theft of time. Clickworker needs to fix this system. Until then, 1 star.

Die meiste Zeit geht für anderes drauf

Update: Ich habe nun die Löschung meines Account erbeten. Ich wurde wirklich gesperrt, weil ich beim Arbeiten die deutsch/ niederländische Grenze überquert habe. Sowas kommt bei mir öfter vor, auch bei weiteren Ländern. Auch ein Grund für mich Clickworker auszuprobieren. Der Support verlangt nun von mir ein Dokument um meine Meldeadresse zu verifizieren. Wie das den Fall des Logins aus einem anderen Land erklären soll weiß ich noch nicht.

Soviel zu: Work every time from everywhere…

Und mir ist auch klar, das IT Sicherheit und ein verifiziertes Konto Schutz bedeuten und wichtig sind. Allerdings sollte dieser Anspruch genau so für die Qualität der Plattform gelten.

So und nun weiter zu der eigentlichen Bewertung:

Ich habe die Hoffnung noch nicht ganz verloren, aber einfach macht es mir Clickworker nicht die zu mögen…

Hier die negativen Gründe:
- angegebene Bearbeitungszeit. Die stimmt nie. Auch wenn man weiß, dass es sich bei der Angabe um die Zeit der eigentlichen Umfrage handelt und nicht inklusive der Vorauswahl. Diese Vorauswahl muss ja auch stattfinden, sollte aber pauschal angegeben werden. Alles andere ist unseriös!

- Sehr oft buggy Umfragen, die nicht laden oder einfrieren und dann war es das. Kein rankommen mehr und eine Reklamierung meist umständlich und zeitraubend (Screenshot einsenden, Ticket eröffnen etc.) und somit längst den Wert der Umfrage übersteigt.

- doppelte Angabe von Standart Daten zb zu Wohnlage, Familie & Beruf. Wozu habe ich die Daten in meinem Profil wenn sie nicht von dort genutzt werden können? Wir haben 2026! Nutzt die Möglichkeiten.

- und nun zu allen Überfluss noch suspendiert. Es kam dazu zwar eine Mail, aber keine Erklärung warum ich suspendiert wurde. Es kam eine standart Erklärung, dass sie unter Fake oder doppelten Accounts leiden. Ich nutze aber den von mir angelegten, einzigen Account und sonst keinen. Das einzige was ich mir vorstellen könnte: Ich hab’s Land gewechselt zwischen oder sogar während einem Job… Moment??!? wirbt Clickworker nicht mit der totalen Mobilität?

Am Ende soll ich jetzt beweisen das ich auch ich bin, durch persönliche Dokumente. Das bedeutet auch wieder Zeit und Arbeit.

Ich werde jetzt eine zeitlang drüber schlafen ob es mir das Wert ist. Alles in allem fühlt es sich nicht so an, als hätte sich in der Branche was getan in den letzten 20 Jahren. Da hab ich auch mal kurzzeitig Umfragen mitgemacht, die waren technologisch ähnlich wie die man nun bei Clickworker findet. Nur das versucht wird, diese schlecht gealterte Technologie in eine App zu quetschen.

Alles in allem ist Clickworker ein großer Pool an Umfrageunternehmen. Das macht es auf einer Seite interessant, weil man auch andere Jobs erledigen kann wie Medien erstellen oder Mystery Shopping, aber das habe ich noch nicht testen können, siehe oben.

Ich werde fair sein, und meine Bewertung anpassen wenn sich meine Erfahrung bessert. Aber aktuell kann ich eher von abraten, da man seine (Lebens!)Zeit sinnvoller verbringen sollte. Lernt zb. eine Programmiersprache oder werdet doch noch was in eurem Lieblingshandwerk, das ist auf lange Sicht profitabler.

Auch hier noch ein ehrliches Update und ich bin gespannt ob hier auch wieder pauschal auf den Support verwiesen wird obwohl der ja erst recht mein Problem war.

Großes Fazit: lasst es!!! Zeitung austragen ist lukrativer und ihr tut noch was für eure Gesundheit.

Hinzufügen kann ich, dass diese Seite mir nach Prolific, wie die hochwertigste Adresse für die Erledigung von Mikrojobs erscheint. Sie hat ein sauberes Design und die Screenout-Fälle sind selten. ACCOUNT DEACTIVATION WITHOUT REFUND OF FUNDS HELD IN IT

Today I rise to correct my previous rating of Clickworker and to Strongly disrecommend the app. Having joined in November 2025, I hardly get jobs, and most jobs are canceled mid way. Yesterday my account was deactivated and the company never said a thing about 11 usd that I have in the account. Here is there reply: We understand your concern, your account with clickworker did not match our requirements. Note that any future messages about this account will be automatically closed without reply.

Clickworker Support is not replying messages.

Uses GDPR deletion requests as a trap to pocket worker balances

Do NOT close your Clickworker account if you have an active balance under their €10 payout threshold. They will deliberately steal your money.

I had a €4.99 payable balance and contacted support about closing my account. Support explicitly told me in writing that my remaining balance would be "handled accordingly." Relying on this, the account closure went forward.

Immediately after, their system executed a full Art. 17 GDPR data purge. When I called them out on my missing funds, support completely twisted the English language, claiming that "handled accordingly" actually meant the balance was permanently forfeited and pocketed by the company because the active profile was gone.

They are intentionally using European privacy laws as a shield to instantly wipe user profiles and legally steal unpaid human labor from departing workers. Absolutely deceptive corporate greed. Avoid this platform.

By registering an account in our platform, you have agreed to our Terms and Conditions. Section 3.2 thereof states, "Clickworkers can deactivate their user account on the Workplace at any time. Personal data will then be deleted automatically in accordance with the data protection regulations. Information and data that are subject to statutory retention obligations (e.g., invoices / credit notes) will only be deleted after the relevant retention period has expired. Amounts on the user account that have not yet been paid out and that fall short of the minimum payout amount will thereby be forfeited."

It follows then, that by requesting for an account deletion, you are waiving your account balance of €4.99 which your account contained prior to account deletion.

By requesting for an account deletion, it was presumed that you have fully understood the clickworker Terms and Conditions, that you were fully aware that any amount present in your account which was below the minimum payout amount would be forfeited once the account deletion was effected and that your account deletion request was made of your own volition without any coercion whatsoever.
