A North American BBS "elite" messaging network from the early 1990s.

According to iCN, "For close to a year, CCi, or Cybercrime International Network, was the lifeblood of iCE. It provided the communication needed to support a group of that size. In the early summer of 1993, Midnight Sorrow, the CCi founder and administrator, abruptly quit any and all ties with the net as well as the rest of the scene."
