It’s such an easy system to use
It’s such an easy system to use. I’m connecting it to QuickBooks and to tribe to make everything easier there as well. I’m sending out invoices to my customers in no time at all. It’s so simple to use and the fact is that they get a payment link to your pay rate and take it off as paid as well. Makes it even easier for me. I highly recommend the system and the approach that they have.

Business account closed with approx. $53,000 plus held — no clear fund-return update
Mercury closed our business account for OneStopSku LLC on May 26, 2026. We understand that Mercury may make its own account-closure decisions, and we are not asking for the account to be reopened.
The issue is that there is approximately $53,000 remaining in the account, and Mercury stated that the funds would be held for at least / approximately 60 calendar days and returned by check. The 60-day point is now approaching, but despite multiple follow-ups, we have not received a clear written confirmation of the current balance, check issuance date, payee name, mailing address, tracking process, or whether any restriction affects the funds.
Our related Mercury support requests include #2397070, #2432783, #2441258, #2462573, #2462656, and #2462701.
We have also escalated this to Mercury Support, Mercury Compliance, Mercury’s executive team, Doola, and Choice Financial Group because the account was provided through Mercury’s banking partner structure.
We are not looking for a generic response. We need Mercury to contact us directly and provide a substantive written update on the return of the company’s funds.
Please escalate this to the account-closure / funds-disbursement team and provide a proper response.

Without any additional reason they just decided to withdraw my money and close the account
I sent all the requested documents without any reason as to whether there is a problem with the documents or not, they unilaterally closed the account
Account Closed Without Explanation – No Reasonable Way to Access My Funds
I had a very disappointing experience with Mercury.
My business account was suddenly closed after I had successfully completed their identity verification process by providing my passport. Two days later, I received a notice that my account would be closed "due to the nature of my activity," but Mercury refused to provide any meaningful explanation.
My business is a legitimate Wyoming LLC, and all funds in my account come from Shopify Payments through lawful business operations. Despite this, Mercury refused to explain what issue led to the closure.
What is even more frustrating is the way they decided to return my remaining funds. I explained multiple times that I am not a U.S. resident and that receiving a physical U.S. check is extremely difficult and impractical. I requested a wire transfer to another business account in my company's name, but this request was ignored. Instead, I was told that my funds would only be sent by physical check to an address in a country where I do not even reside, making it extremely difficult to access my own money.
Customer support repeatedly sent template responses, refused to answer my questions, and eventually informed me that they would no longer communicate with me regarding the matter.
Closing an account is one thing, but refusing to provide a practical method for a non-U.S. customer to receive legitimate business funds is deeply disappointing.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Mercury to international business owners.

As new, I contacted by phone for a few administrative questions,
the lady I met was very unpleasant with her behavior, but also her attitude - it wasn’t pleasant when her job is very friendly on the phone.
Since my question focused on the change of address, a ticket was created at KYC that took almost a week to respond.
Their response was short that it was not possible to change one’s address.
It’s been a short time on my end because I immediately closed the account.
Since they are not at their first attempt with other people complaining, I preferred to give more banking relationship after 1 week.
It’s better to pay and have a real service at the Bank of America or Chase.
It just works!
Mercury is simple, effortless, and works every time. That alone makes it better than any other bank I have dealt with.

Normal deposits from my processor comes in fine, However when I deposit a large check it needs further verification and when cleared verification it still taking over the 3 to 5 day timeliness. Still waiting on support response.
