I have never ever been through such…

I have never ever been through such appalling experience. Package arrived leaking all over, following the courier mishandling and how they have wrapped (not) the hair mask jars. Even after taking videos and photos of the parcel, took a lot of battling to have a return. I had to return the half empty jars, for them to say that they are issuing a refund. Don’t be fooled, it is legal for them to do what they want and not replace the original products. Which they obstinately refused to do. So, I found myself in a position where I spent so much time and effort to be slapped with “our position remains unchanged” and them being legally covered to take the mick out.

Awful Company to deal With

Awful Company to deal With. I ordered some perfume and toothpaste. The toothpaste pictured was the only one my son will use so I got 4 tubes. The toothpaste they sent is not the same they have different ingredients etc. I returned the full order for a refund and they only gave me back the amount for the toothpaste. They confirmed receipt of my return but didn't refund me for the perfume so I now have to raise a claim via my credit card company against this merchant.

I am not saying it’s a scam. My wife and I place a few orders here. It says for placing one during your birthday. You get a discount. Trying to tell me. I signed up. After I placed order.

Choose a different website

Ordered some foundation but didn't arrive. Contacted their customer service who have confirmed the item tracking shows its not arrived then nothing. I've contacted them a few times and heard nothing!! Good luck if you order as it maybe your items may or may not arrive, choose carefully where you order from.

Avoid this company.

Avoid this company.

UK customer service phone number is a nonfunctional fake. They refuse to acknowledge this. Their customer service is dreadful. The only reason people order from them is price. Be careful not to be seduced by the prices. Deliveries are in the lap of the gods and when things go wrong they don’t want to know.

I am extremely disappointed with how my issue has been handled.
I placed an order containing two items, but only one item was delivered. The missing item was fully paid for. Since I used a gift card that I received for my birthday to pay for the order, the company explained that they could not issue a refund to my bank card.
Instead of simply resolving the issue, I was told that I should purchase the missing item again with my own money, and then they would refund that payment to my card. As a long-term customer, I find this solution completely unreasonable. Why should I have to pay twice for an item that was already paid for and never delivered?
I asked why they could not apply a credit to my existing account or issue a promotional code for the value of the missing item. I have had this account for years. I was repeatedly told that a discount would be applied automatically, but it never worked. After that, I was once again asked to purchase the item for a second time.
I have also requested callbacks multiple times, but no one has ever called me. For over two weeks, I have been trying to receive an item that I already paid for, while customer service keeps offering solutions that require me to spend more money instead of fixing their mistake.
Can someone please explain how this is considered acceptable customer service? I am not asking for anything extra, only for the item I paid for to be provided without forcing me to pay for it again.
Very disappointing experience.

Use another company.

I waited quite sometime for my products to arrive. When the box arrived , it was already torn and had the wrong products in it. I contacted customer support (which doesn't seem to exist) and then got what seemed like a bot on customer complaints.
I've received no apologies for sending the wrong products or the inconvenience caused, just an automated bot.
Will not use this company again.

I have placed three orders with this company, and unfortunately my experience has been consistently poor.

My most recent order was a larger one, and it arrived in a badly damaged box. The packaging was not robust enough for the size and weight of the order, and the parcel appeared to have been damaged during transit. Several items were missing when I opened it.

I contacted customer support and provided photos of the damaged package. After several emails, I was told that their warehouse records showed all items had been packed, so they would not provide a replacement or refund for the missing items. Despite the evidence of the damaged parcel, they refused to take responsibility for resolving the issue.

My previous orders were not trouble-free either. One arrived with damaged packaging, and another never arrived at all.

Based on my experience, I would never order from this company again.

Glad I Didn't Let the Negative Reviews Put Me Off

I was initially hesitant to place an order after reading some of the negative reviews. However, most of the complaints seemed to relate to parcels being damaged, delivered to the wrong address, or going missing in transit, rather than issues with the actual products received.
With that in mind, I decided to take a chance and placed an order, opting to have it delivered to my local Post Office collection point for extra peace of mind in case there were any delivery issues.
I ordered on 2nd June, and my parcel arrived on 6th June. Everything was exactly as ordered, well packaged, and arrived in perfect condition. I'm really pleased with my purchase and would happily order from them again.

They should not be allowed to trade in…

They should not be allowed to trade in the UK anymore! There is no escalation process and their handling the complaints is unacceptable! My package was completely distroyed in the transit and after sending videos and photos they always find excuses to not deal with my case! It is done on purpose, they deliberately keep asking for more photos so you get fed up and, eventually, give up. Ombusdman it is now as I refused to give them more of time and energy!

Very good experience

I’d read some reviews of this company before ordering. Some great some not. I decided to place an order for a very well priced perfume I wanted anyway. The experience was very good and my perfume arrived a day before the stated date. I would use this company again.

I would avoid this company

I would avoid this company. I ordered a hair product for £25 and have received a acne cream instead. The phone number is dead, no reply from chat web and not replying to messages. Really avoid this company.

Terrible - trying to return a faulty £55 heated brush - this is what you get!!

I purchased a heated hair brush that produced no heat. The power lights turn on, and the settings - low, med, high - show different indicator light colors. I explained all of this to makeup.uk, and they've asked for a video demonstrating the issue. So, do I purchase an infrared camera? I asked them to explain how I can do this.....no response yet. Please, send us photos of the received goods from all sides with the bar
code and signs you are unsatisfied with clearly seen. If the issue is
not adequately captured in photos, a brief video demonstrating the
problem would be appreciated.

If you want your case to be considered, please, provide us with all the
required information within 14 days from the moment of announcing the
claim.
Please retain the damaged items, packaging, shipping box and all
contents in their original state until the claim is resolved.
