This is a complete scam website and fake advertising for running campaigns I would shut them down Google should Ban all these websites this is the worse experience I encountered Red flag they do not refund your campaign money and try to give you runaround

Was hard for me to find the billing page so i can cancel the subscription. I didn't use the product, so i cannot say anything about the quality

One of the worst experience. Just another AI made website, promising great "AI" optimizations for the marketing, never delivering results. Support is non existant as well.

Hmmm, what to say, i feel bad for the harsh rating because at the heart of it, Kopa is a great tool for time poor business owners, it produces quality ads from a product url, i have been happy with the results and used many of the produced ads for my instagram/tiktok,facebook advertising.
The bad
Coming back to the software after a week away, i find that Kopa have now introduced credits, which run out very fast if you are trying a few different ad creatives, what was worse was after logging in, having no history with this new credits system, it said i had used 1700 of 2000 points, even though this credit system was just introduced and i had not created any ads since its arrival.

This really limits the use and given the very hefty price of kopa compared to competitors, it feels very unfair. To the point that i just cant recommend this to a small business. Check out the competitors who charge a standard fee equivalent to kopas introductory fee.

i really wish they hadnt ruined the experience with points as it has rendered the software unusable, i simply cannot buy more topup points while you charge triple your competitor rates.

Tried to use their software.. It is unacceptable not fir for purpose. I am still trying to get a credit.. BE WARNED its a scam.

I paid my twenty euros in response to an ad that says I just need to submit my URL and they will do the rest and post ads for me.. It is not so.. I am trying to get my money back, but in the meantime warn people that this company do not do what they say they will.. I will let you know tomorrow I they are willing to refund, otherwise I will try to warn the unsuspecting on all social media

Its a fake product. Its nothing AI. Just a wrapper. You can get the kind of info this give free on your claude or chatgpt free account eve. I made a mistake of 30 $, writing here so no one else do

Kopa is great for managing my store's social media. I get great content ideas, ready-to-use visuals and can easily schedule/track engagement inside one AI tool.

Kopa is a good tool if you're running an online store. It connects to my shopify store and i can literally talk to my data and do analytics really quickly. I also like social media management and scheduling feature. Hopefully, they are adding more robust video ads features soon

Kopa.ai sounds like a great all-in-one tool, but the lack of communication is a major red flag.

There is no clear way to contact them, no support, no answers. Before installing something on my Shopify store, I need to know what it actually does, how to remove it, if I can cancel anytime, and whether there’s any refund policy. None of that is explained.

The company feels completely anonymous, and even their Trustpilot reviews don’t seem trustworthy.

No matter how good the tool sounds, the lack of transparency makes it impossible to trust.

I've been using Kopa for quite some time and the best use case for me is automating social media management. It used to be a pain to post consistently and think of original ideas to promote my products, now with Kopa I can quickly come up with different ideas, generate on brand visuals and schedule them for weeks in advance, so I don't forget.

In theory this would be a great product. However their AI is not very intuitive, and their Customer Service is Bot driven, not human. So if you have problems it is next to impossible to get a quick answer to your issue. Still trying to determine whether the problems can be solved.

I've been using Kopa to automate my social media management for a month now and it's great! It comes up with ideas to post on your Instragram profile, creates the visual, writes copy and schedules your content calendar weeks in advance. Month of posting, taken care of within minutes

Firstly their ads show $1 a day, but thats not true, soon as you sign up it shows $30 for the first month then rockets up to $99/month
You're pretty much on your own setting up Facebook and google ads. The live chat blames Google even though google say everything is good their side. I asked Kopa to login to my account and they wouldn't do it to figure out whats wrong.
Kopa say our engineers are investigating and nothing happens.
After days of frustration it's not worth the hassle.
Was really looking forward to using their AI too.
Theres other AI ads platforms out there that are more helpful and cost less. They really need to be more helpful to new customers
I have asked for a refund

I tried KOPA AI for 30 days, initially brought in by the misleading try it for a dollar ads they were running ( there is no way to do this so disingenuous at best ) i got charged a discounted rate for a full month but unfortunately nothing really worked for 7 days or so, just didnt work, back and forth with their help team who eventually got it to work, but wasted 7 days of my money that was never given back. The software is easy to use and produced some very good ads for my business, the ugc stuff still needs a lot of work, the lip sync and ai are still a little off. unfortunately the video ads were just to low res to really use when you are trying to maintain a high quality brand image . Some of the other features were nice such as the ability to make changes to your website, overall i was happy with the images produced and the easy way to do it. My biggest problem with KOPA is the cost $99 usd is just to expensive when the competitors are around the $39 - 49 usd mark.

Use Kopa daily for creating ads and social posts for my brand, clean interface, works great!

I was skeptical that AI can help with ads. I gave it a shot and it has performed way better that I did with an agency where I used to pay 2k a month. I now get bigger roas at a much lower budget. I love how the tool analyzes my meta account and gives me specific plans.
