We're hiring a Visiting Analyst to join the Auxxo team this fall ✨ You'll work closely with me across investments, events, fund operations, and portfolio value-add. No two days will look the same. You might be sourcing and analysing deals one day, co-hosting an event with fellow VCs and our ecosystem the next, and brainstorming how we can improve our processes with automation and AI the day after. We are a small team, so you will get a front-row seat to how a VC fund operates with real exposure, responsibility and ownership from day one. 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐮𝐱𝐱𝐨 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦, 𝐌𝐢𝐫𝐨 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐋𝐮𝐢𝐬𝐞! 🎉 Miro Ehrfeld is our current Visiting Analyst in the investment team. Miro joins us with a global path into European venture. Originally from the US, he studied Economics and Finance at Georgetown University before heading to London Business School for his MBA. His early career took him from Capitol Hill straight into capital markets at Bank of America in New York, where he gained experience covering some of the largest multinational Industrials and Tech clients. That blend of policy exposure and financial markets insight drew him to early-stage venture, and specifically to our mission of backing Europe's next generation of female-founded companies. When Miro is not screening deals, he is rigorously working on his Berlin integration: dutifully waiting for the green traffic light, and slowly replacing every non-black item in his wardrobe. Luise Kipker is joining us as a part-time Visiting Associate in Finance & Operations. After gaining experience in the agricultural machinery, automotive, and construction industries, both at corporations and startups, as well as at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), she is currently launching her own company, a digital talent management for creators: Marlu. She was inspired to take this step by her master’s thesis at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University on female-founded startups in accelerators and VC. Little did she know that less than a year later, she'd be building her own startup, going through Antler with her co-founder, and then ending up here with us. Turns out that 20 years after deciding she'd move to Berlin at age 5, it finally happened. Since neither her piano nor her sewing machine has made it here yet, she’s still busy trying out the Pilates studios and co-working cafes. We are so excited to have both of them on the team.
