Read-only logs are frozen: they no longer accept new certificates but stay trusted for the certificates already in them, and we ingested them in full. Archived logs were retired or rejected by the Google or Apple CT program and no longer accept certificates; many are offline today. The ones we ingested live are complete, the older ones are being collected into our historical archive.
