Know who is really reading your site
Most analytics count bots, AI crawlers and headless browsers as visitors. Ours filters them out, lists them by name and sets no cookies, so the number you see is one you can check.

Work with us
Need something the tools don't cover?
Most teams don't need a platform. They need one thing built properly and then left alone. We take on a few builds at a time, from Berlin and Pune.
Custom web apps
Built around the workflow you actually run, not a template bent to fit.
Workflow automation
The repetitive manual step, removed. Often the fastest saving a small team makes.
API integration
Getting the platforms you already pay for to talk to each other.
Architecture advice
Technical direction on a new build or a rebuild, priced as advice.
Are the tools really free?
Yes. There is no signup, no email gate and no trial. Open a tool and use it. All 150+ of them work the same way.
Do the tools upload my files?
Most don't. Formatters, converters, calculators and image tools run in your browser, so what you paste never leaves your device. The exceptions are tools that can't work locally, like DNS lookups, WHOIS and page speed checks. Those send the domain you type so they can look it up.
Is ConvertNow Analytics really free?
Yes. It's GPLv2, with no licence key, no paid tier and no feature held back. We ask for a name, an email and your domain so we know who uses it and what to build next. At most you get occasional notes about updates.
Do I need a cookie banner if I use it?
Generally not. The plugin sets no cookies, writes nothing to local storage and keeps no persistent identifier. Visitors are counted with a one way hash that is re-salted every day, and raw IP addresses are never stored. We aren't lawyers, so if you're unsure, check the GDPR text and your regulator's guidance.
Why does this site show a privacy notice?
The website and the products are different things. This site shows Google ads to keep the tools free, and those can use cookies, but only if you allow it. Say no and you still get ads, just not personalised ones. Our own analytics sets no cookies either way. Every service we use is listed in our privacy policy.
Where does my analytics data live?
With the plugin, in your own WordPress database on your own hosting. No visitor data leaves your server, not even to us. Country lookup ships inside the plugin, so our servers going down can't affect your reports. With ConvertDash, the data lives on our servers.
How does it compare to Google Analytics 4?
Better on cookies, consent, data ownership, sampling and author reports. Weaker on anything that follows a visitor across days, because a daily re-salted hash can't do that, and it has no ad attribution. If you depend on Google Ads conversion tracking, GA4 is the right tool.
Can you build something custom for us?
Usually, yes. We take a few builds at a time: custom web apps, workflow automation, API integration and architecture advice. Email [email protected] with what you need and we'll tell you honestly if we're the right fit.
