Siege Coordination

A siege runs like a node war, with more people and a longer night. Use your Siege template and plan platoons around your siege roles.

1

Check your siege roles

Siege roles come from the BDO setup, and you can change them in the guild's Settings > Game. Members pick a role when they sign up, so set the list before you post.

2

Post the siege

Create an event from your Siege template under Activities > Events. Set the time, turn on role slots, and pick the Discord channel. The bot posts the signup there.

3

Let reminders do the chasing

Turn on reminders on the event. Before the start, the bot posts a reminder with the seats still open. Members who filed an absence are not pinged.

4

Build platoons

Once signups settle, open the event's parties and drag members into platoons, or load a saved loadout. Saving posts the platoons to Discord. The party builder and loadouts are on Pro.

5

Record the fight

Run the CoGM Logger and upload the log after the siege. Take attendance from voice on the event page or with /attendance.
