JigNect Technologies’ project has delivered significant improvements in our testing process. Automation has substantially reduced the time required for regression testing, resulting in considerable savings in manual testing effort and faster release cycles. It’s also increased test coverage across the DialShree product, improved the consistency and accuracy of testing, and enabled early detection of defects. The automated execution reports have provided clear visibility into test results, helping our team identify issues quickly and maintain high product quality with every release.Before implementing the automation framework, performing end-to-end regression testing for the DialShree product took approximately 60 minutes per server. Since DialShree is a huge product and on a cloud infrastructure with multiple client-specific servers, testing each server individually required significant manual effort, multiple QA resources, and several hours to complete.With the automation framework developed by JigNect Technologies, regression testing for a single server now takes approximately 20 minutes, representing a 67% reduction in execution time. Additionally, by leveraging parallel test execution, we can validate all client servers simultaneously, completing the entire testing cycle in around 40 minutes instead of several hours.The automation framework has also enabled consistent testing across the entire product, increased feature coverage, reduced manual effort, improved defect detection before production releases, and accelerated our overall release process while requiring fewer QA resources.Moreover, since the automated regression suite is executed for every release across all major DialShree features, it consistently identifies regression issues and integration defects early in the development cycle. This has reduced the likelihood of critical defects reaching production and improved the overall quality and stability of our releases.
