Next, we decided on the requirements for the MVP and the next course of action.

In the end, they created a pilot's front end and rear end. It's an Android smartphone application. We intend to make the app available to the whole public.

The solution helped our teams get useful information faster. The scope included reviewing our logistics and warehouse processes, planning the app structure, UI/UX design, development, testing, revisions, and deployment support. The app was built around our actual day-to-day operations, supporting dispatch coordination, warehouse movement, cross-docking visibility, and communication between the office and the field. Since we handle specialized freight including bonded and hazmat loads, it was important that the workflow be clear and reliable. The final product gave us a practical tool our team could actually use during operations.

When recipients select a gift, the system automatically generates an order and sends tracking updates to both the sender and the recipient. Both our team and the gift recipients can upload orders via CSV, and HDWEBSOFT added several thoughtful features that continue to delight our customers.

User feedback has been overwhelmingly positive—no complaints about usability or system stability. I honestly can’t recall a single incident where the platform was inexplicably down or encountered a major failure.

Whenever bugs arise (as they inevitably do), the team resolves them quickly and professionally. We’ve opted for a minimalistic UI/UX by design, so while we aren’t industry leaders in that area, it’s a conscious choice—not a reflection on HDWEBSOFT.
