Hourly billing is calculated based on the amount of time your cloud resources are in use. Charges are typically rounded to the nearest hour, with partial hours billed as a full hour. This method ensures you only pay for the resources you use, providing flexibility and cost-effectiveness.

We do not have minimum monthly spending amounts, but we do pre-auth a minimum amount just for the first server deployed as verification.

You can view your detailed usage and billing information through our online console portal. This platform provides real-time data on your resource utilization, billing history, and current charges, ensuring complete transparency.

Scaling up or down is not available yet, but will be implemented during Q2 2024

In case of a payment failure, we provide a grace period to update your payment information. During this period, your services will continue uninterrupted. If the issue is not resolved within this period, services may be temporarily suspended until payment is received.

For customers committing to long-term usage or big orders, we offer customized billing arrangements and potential discounts. These arrangements are tailored to meet specific needs and usage patterns, providing cost savings for sustained, high-volume use.
