Delivery to Germany with DPD
After more than one weekafter purchase no delivery. The German company DPD announced delivery for 8th January 26 but still not delivered and no communication about any problem or date when they would like to deliver.
You should use an other company for delivery to Germany.

Our apologies for the situation regarding this order. I take it that you have already been in contact with customer service? We have had some German parcels that has been lost after the courier received them.
To be fair, the courier, normally delivers our parcels correctly, but that is no comfort for the customers that have been affected by this incident.
Again, we are very sorry for the inconvenience. If your package is still not delivered by now please contact customer service and we will send you another package.
