Watch out for this company they’re forcing me into an unauthorized subscription plan that I never agree to. I only requested a one time purchase. Furthermore, I have been informed I must wait 90 days to cancel this unauthorized charge, which is unacceptable. What I’m asking for is to stop the unauthorized subscription and issue a full refund immediately.

Alevis support reached when I did not receive my shipment and immediately resolved my situation and shipped me a backup shipment to my order. Top Notch customer support!

I asked a question on why I needed a subscription of three more bottles when I haven't finished the first bottle and canceled the subscription for now they were right on top of things accommodated my request and when I get near the end of the third bottle I will consider going back I'm just at a point right now that I want to go through all the supplements that I'm taking see which ones I really need and which ones are not as necessary plus I also want to know what the side effects are for everything that I'm taking I'm tired of traditional medicines and what they can do to the rest of your body supposedly helping one thing but causing more things.

I’ve been trying to unsubscribe from another subscription and 3 requests later they still haven’t cancelled. However it took one simple request to Alevia and my subscription was cancelled in minutes. Great product, great service. Thank you.

I was unable to continue to use this product because of my medications. I requested a refund and to cancel my subscription. I am so pleased to say I got a no hassle refund and could cancel my subscription immediately. They truly are great in living up to their guarantee.

This product so far has already made a difference where nothing else was working!!!!!!! My husband was waking up every night with a burning feet sensation. He said today he is sleeping well and since using Alevia he has not had that problem. He stopped using Gabapentin and also gave up on Nervive!! Alevia is the first product that has made a real difference!!

I had ordered a product from Alevia,and to make a long story short. It never arrrived.
I contacted Alevia Support, they checked their tracking system (which I was unable to do) and discovered that there had been a failed attempt to deliver the package. We waited a couple weeks still no package. I sincerely want to commend Alevia customer service, who after several unsuccessful attempts to track this down refunded my money. Their customer service was excellent.

I stated my issue and it was addressed and taken care of the first time. Excellent customer service I look forward to doing business with your company in the future.
