For your info, our Refund Policy states: "Incorrect Unlocking Code: If, having worked with our technician to get the code to work, and we cannot get the code to work, you'll be refunded." Conversely, "Wrong IMEI: No refund if the provided IMEI is incorrect." If you’ve already submitted your IMEI, quote your order in Live Support and we’ll check it right away.
