Item not working and worst customer support ever
I order a dolfin E10 cleaning robot for my swimming pool and it stopped working after only one week. Then I got the worst customer support I have ever seen. They kept asking stupid questions and kept me waiting between messages to discourage me to proceed further with the return and refund process. I would not advise anyone ordering anything at their store
