Real people that care!

This company answers the phone with real people that care. So, backorders were prompt, damaged items replaced quickly. Products were of high quality and worked the first time. All good!

Great experience for the project

It's been quite a journey to plan the project, learn about LED lighting, and order all components. Solid Apollo, regardless of who answered the phone, were very helpful (not to mention that a REAL person answers the phone!). Some backordering was required to obtain all the necessary quantities. It took some time, but they minimized it and shipped promptly. I had a few cracked domes, which they replaced no problem, including shipping. I couldn't ask for more from a vendor. Thank you. Any by the way, the results are outstanding!

Customer service excellent

This company answers their phone with a real person. If there's issues, it's handled promptly and responsibly. They were out of a particular product, so backordering was necessary. They were easy to contact and check status, and then delivered as predicted. If I need LED's in the future, or related products, I'll definitely shop here first.
