This is a drop shipping company that breaks consumer law and distance internet sales laws. The article you receive is NOT their product, nor their app, but one commonly available for a third of the price on AliExpress and alike. I have photo proof. Company is refusing to refund within 14 days of delivery. I shall now report to relevant authorities and contact my bank regarding a charge back.

Vania, qui s'occupe de moi depuis le début du processus de commande, a été fantastique tout au long du processus. Elle répond presque instantanément aux questions que je lui pose, et ne peut pas être plus utile.

Les traceurs et l'application sont géniaux, d'autant plus qu'ils sont associés à la station de base qui permet d'économiser la batterie des deux traceurs que j'ai achetés.

Jusqu'à présent, l'autonomie de la batterie a été incroyable, nous vivons dans une zone où le signal mobile est faible, mais les traceurs et l'application fonctionnent parfaitement.

Avant Tractive, j'utilisais les traceurs Kippy, il n'y a aucune comparaison possible ! !!

Si vous recherchez la tranquillité d'esprit pour votre animal de compagnie bien-aimé, alors Tractive est la voie à suivre à 100%, n'hésitez pas....

I placed my order on 09 December 2024 as a Christmas present for my family.

If you look at my order, you'll see that one of the items even looks like a Christmas present and is sold as such.

I'm disabled, I get a fixed and very low disability allowance, and I can't go to the shops to buy presents.

I sent two emails in response to the original email confirming my order, asking what was happening with my order and received NO RESPONSE.

You have left me with no gift to give to my visiting family tonight, and as mentioned, I cannot go into town to buy anything and it is now far too late to order anything else over the internet for delivery!!!!

You have taken my money for the order I placed and left me in the biggest mess possible!!!!

METMO DRIVER REVIEW

I backed this project on Indegogo as part of the second phase after watching Metmo's video on Youtube about making the prototype of the driver.
I could feel the passion of those involved and the “old school” type engineering and finished product really impressed me.

I realised when I placed my pledge that there was a wait time and through experience of various other pledges on the platform and Kickstarter, that of course all may not go exactly to plan with regards to delivery dates and times scales.

In this case however, I was wrong, the items were shipped prior to the expected shipping date in fact.

I had ordered the extra bit adapter kit in it's own leather sheath as this was to be a gift for my son for Christmas 2023, my other son was to receive a Metmo Grip which I had purchased some time ago and was very pleased with.
My thoughts were that these were lovely items, very well made, built to last, and if kept in good condition, could easily become a collectable of the future.

Unfortunately, Fedex, whom Metmo entrusted in delivering my order to France, decieded in their wisdom to return the package to Metmo in UK after several weeks of it sitting in the local delivery depot here in France, for no reason at all.. This was no fault at all of Metmo.

Since then, Metmo resent the items to me in France using Royal Mail, this time and the package arrived very quickly indeed, a matter of days in fact.

All seemed good with the outer packaging, but unfortunately, upon opening the second protective cardboard packaging sheath, it was clear that the black display box was damaged on the outside and when I opened that, the inside of the box was almost destroyed where the “heavy” driver had obviously come loose and had been rattling around in transit.... With that, the long term collectability of the item instantly disappeared.

I reached out to Shay at Metmo who had taken on my case since day one. That is unusual these days I find, to have the same person to look after you all the way through, nice touch and shows good customer service in my book.
I sent Shay photos of what I received and in no time at all, he got back to me with various choices of how we could sort this out. The problems were all resolved within minutes, literally....

Both Shay and Metmo went above and beyond in their handling of this unfortunate run of unusual problems and proved that their customer service if of the utmost importance to the company....
Very rarely these days have I encountered a company with such good ethos and service....

I would not hesitate to recommend Metmo as a company, or any of the products that they make, service and prodcts really are of the highest quality.

Leboncoin prélève des frais de protection des paiements à chaque achat effectué sur le site. Lorsque les articles ne sont pas arrivés comme annoncé, LEBONCOIN N'A AUCUNE AIDE DU TOUT. C'est à ce moment-là que vous avez besoin qu'ils fassent ce pour quoi ils sont le plus payés. J'ai fait beaucoup d'achats et heureusement je n'ai pas eu trop de problèmes à cause des bons vendeurs. Leboncoin permet à de nombreux vendeurs d'enfreindre les règles du site en ce qui concerne le paiement et la disponibilité des articles.

Great service as per usual. Communication you cannot fault and very friendly. Items are always exactly described and very well photographed. The packing for shipping which is so important for things like vintage fishing reels is spot on.
