Who i have spoke to here have been nothing short of professional. I only have 1 regret and that is the item ordered did not fit. Good store with good garments.

So i order an item on Friday, pay £9.99 to get it to me quicker. Perfect i thought latest delivery date is sunday, fantastic as I go on holiday on Monday. Can't track my order so go to web chat. No help at all, item is needed for Monday and even I know DPD usually only work Monday-Friday. So my question is why give me a latest delivery date with no intentions of fulfilling it? My experience terrible.

On this occasion 3 stars, simply diwn to the face that your size guide on Lacoste items are absolutely ridiculous....really ridiculous. If you were to sort that out , maybe people would buy more....including myself. Very disappointed.

Fantastic holiday in Tenerife. From start to finish 1st class service from Jet 2. Even the odd WhatsApp conversation 1st class response. Cabin crew, ground staff to early luggage collection service, everyone was friendly, polite and professional. Only fly with Jet2, never once had any issues. Keep up the good work.
