Bye bye six quid

Just started this in my area. Paid my £6 then had to cancel table. Can't get the £6 back as has to be used against a future booking. The restaurant I want is continually sold out now so basicslly lost £6.

They Override UK Consumer Law

I ordered a £300 perfume as en extra special gift for my daughter whose husband has been diagnosed with a serious illness. On arrival I was quite disappointed with the presentation, no gift bag, horrid bar code sticker over the front of posh box, old glue where label removed and indentations on the cellophane as if it has been manhandled in dispatch, however cellophane and seals perfectly intact. At that price I was a bit annoyed and told customer services and send pics. Then I phoned and was told that it's a non returnable item. I quoted the law but they said it was their policy. Law states that if seals have not been broken on such goods then they must be accepted as return, also I'd now had the item a mere 24 hours. I'm a NOT giving my daughter a manky wrapped box and have ordered from the actually perfume house now who delivered in a beautiful presentation box with gift card and don't charge delivery. I'll never back down due to their attitude and not adhering to UK consumer law, will take them to the small claims court just out of principle. What a horrible lot they are.

Ridiculous Quote and wrong diagnosis

Had assessment beginning Dec which I found unnecessarily drawn out, most was talking and not actually physical investigation, so was finally presented with an insanely expensive plan which I declined. Since then have had treatment elsewhere and the root of the problem is totally different to what they diagnosed and after only 2 visits my TMD is so much better all for under £100 so obviously glad I didn't commit to almost £1450! In fact it's annoying that I wasted £59 of the assessment. My advise if you don't want to spend loads of money and just want no nonsense treatment then find somewhere else.

Dodgy

I chose to skip the August beauty box on my subscription as didn't like the contents and so it didn't arrive...all good. Then by 20 Sept hadn't received Sept's box so enquired, so Sept then turns up obviously very late and I notice I'm charged twice. So I report that they need to refund one month subscription, so guess what August box then randomly arrives at end of Sept, yes the one I chose to skip. So no refund of my double payment taken on same day. Then they deny that I selected to skip August box....WTAF. I've now cancelled.

Absolute Nightmare

Received table and chairs and table faulty, got sent an Evri label that's not even for use for such a large item after paying for the pleasure. Impossible to contact anyone, links are broken, chat you just can't get past the bot. I will be issuing a summons especially after seeing all the awful experiences of other customers. They really don't give a damn about their customers.

Returning after trial not that easy

I advised I wasn't happy with the topper soon after I started using but was advised I'd need to wait at least 60 to trial properly. I still wasn't happy, topper moved around bed scrunching up the fitted sheet also very little extra support for back. I'd be interested to know if anyone has managed to pack theirs up after 60 days of the foam expanding to the original machine packed size which is all they'll provide free return postage for. So now having to pay out for large item postage. Guess they just assume you'll give up trying to cram the topper into correct size packaging , give up and chuck it in a cupboard.

Absolute Scam

Thank goodness I didn't buy an expensive item just to be ripped off. Bought a cushion cover, never arrived, they never respond to emails. Trading standards need to get involved. Wish I'd read reviews first

Don't ever forget your sign in details…

Don't ever forget your sign in details because it's impossible to follow the procedure to reset! I've given up trying and will just pay off credit card and close account. Or you call you get someone on other side of the world who sounds like they're underwater and the conversation is impossible. Expected a better service plus they've lost out in a large amount I was intending to save with them. Avoid

Shame faults were left unchecked

My Yamaha MT dash completely died due to moisture and was told it could be fixed I was charged £248. After some problems having it returned I was refunded the return courier charged. However although I was delighted to have the screen jump into action once attached to bike I wasn't happy that the indicators lights were stuck on the "on" position permanently and also it was impossible to select the time to correct it so having to add in my head 3 hrs 15 mins every time. I was told I can return for them to correct but being without a Speedo indicator in London is risky due to the 20mph roads popping up and I used bike everyday. I wish they would check everything before returning. Now stuck with quite an expensive repair which wasn't complete and may have to wait until end November when I'm away on holiday until I can return as won't use bike. Not been a great experience.

While we are glad to hear that the dash was successfully reactivated, we are somewhat surprised the indicators were stuck in the 'on' position permanently as this was checked before being returned to you.

Nightmare

Nightmare. Flight arrived 1800 finally arrived at resort THREE HOURS later. Driver just dumped me ten mins walk from my apartment with heavy bag after hours of travelling. Never again. Everyone on the coach was absolutely fed up was almost as long as the flight. 45 mins in taxi.

Placed order 28th Sept 8 days later royal mail tried to deliver when I was out like most people in the day and item gone to local sorting office. PLEASE DON'T USE THE ROYAL MAIL ITS A WASTE OF TIME.

Great Taste and Customer Service

I used to buy Protein Works then tried another brand recently and the protein powder flavour was awful in fact am having to chuck a massive bag away. So gone back to protein works with a great bundle deal, fabulous drink shaker bottle and delicious flavoured shakes as usual. Always such good and fast customer service too.
