If I could give 0* I would I agree with…

If I could give 0* I would I agree with the 1* reviews below I took out warranty insurance with Vauxhall which are now using Spoticar my rear light indicators and break lights not working the whole component needs to be replaced even the mechanic said this so I had to pay £100 for a diagnostic fee even though I self diagnosed it myself and told them what the issue was they said they will contact Spoticar to let me know if it is covered under warranty so they can refund me the £100 but guess what of course IT IS NOT COVERED which is pathetic they are saying wires and fuses is not covered under warranty that is not the issue it is the whole rear headlight set that needs to be replaced so it is not just wires the whole component is damaged which should be covered in warranty. I took it to the branch on the 2nd Jan and no one contacted me since so I called up on the 18th Jan to get an update just for them to tell me it is not covered by warranty so I was left over 2 weeks with not a word you can get points and fines for not having breaklights and indicators working an accident can even happen all I got was 'It was christmas' at the end of the day I am still a customer personally I wont be renewing with spoticar and if you are considering it please read small print or look elsewhere because you will still be paying money if not more better on going to a local mechanic.

DO NOT GO WITH THE COMPANY!!!! AVOID AT ALL COST

This is by far the worst breakdown company I have ever experienced please avoid and be aware. They will charge you extortionate amount of money for recovery if you break down twice.

I had a break down 2 weeks ago and paid an excess fee of £30 which was on my policy and that was fine I then broke down again on 29.06.2020 on a MOTORWAY and I called for recovery and they refused to send someone out to recover the car as they said the fault 'MAY' be the same after I explained to them that it was not the same fault and they was asking for a payment of £125.00 and then said repair the problem and if the problem is not the same they 'could' give me a refund (long process, send invoice, letters etc) keep in mind they dont have a contact number and everything is done via email (so long).

I was not aware of no £125.00 fee it was not listed anywhere and I clearly did not have the money (There's a pandemic, been furloughed).
I was left stranded on a motorway everyone with a minor I did not have this random £125.00 so I had to get other form of assistance that was not costly like this.

Everyone please AVOID THIS COMPLANY AT ALL COST!! they will charge you so much money that you are not aware of I have cancelled my policy and I have gone with another company with NO HIDDEN CHARGES & I wont be stranded on a fast moving motorway with a minor.

2GETHA BREAKDOWN YOU ARE OFFICIALLY CANCELLED WORTHLESS COMPANY!! AVOID!!!
