Very bad experience, they charge much more then you book

I booked a car for 193,09 for 5 days and when the rental was charged to my credit card, it turned out to be 311,97, even though we didn't incur any damage. Hertz cannot be reached for this, I have sent several emails without one answer, and when you call them you only get computers on the line. Very bad experience !! You can't trust Hertz that is for sure!!

Very long delivery times

Very long delivery times, more than 12 days and no communication about it, even not when you reach out to them. I orderd for € 600 and it took me more then 12 days waiting without hearing anything after reaching out to them.

Zeer slechte ervaring, Very bad experience

Zeer slechte ervaring, ik heb 2 x een order geplaatst zogenaamd met korting echter 1 x nooit iets ontvangen en de 2e keer slechts een deel van de order voor de volle prijs. Het voordeel wat geboden wordt geld totaal niet. Vervolgens kun je zelf achter de levering en je geld aan gaan. Geen reden om wederom hier te bestellen.

Very bad experience, I placed 2 orders supposedly with a discount, but 1 x I never received anything and the 2nd time only part of the order for full price. The benefit that is offered is not money at all. Then you can go after the delivery and your money. No reason to order here again.

It took a long time and still takes, before the parts of my complete order received me. I am still waiting for parts after ca. 2 weeks.
