Absolutely fantastic level of teaching and use of teaching tools.
I’ve done this course t times and this was by far the best experience of the course I’ve had.
This is the first time I didn’t feel like they were under pressure to meet certain failure quota too.

Pascal was excellent, showing infinite patience whilst dealing with both my girlfriend and I, who live separately and were both looking for sofas at the same time.
That and I brought my young daughter along too and Pascal made us feel relaxed, welcome and able to ask any questions.
He was very helpful and managed to sort us both out despite my needs being very different and far more complicated than my partners.

I highly recommend them.
They work, especially in the south of England, or East Anglia.
Much nicer on the skin, and I also use soft water to fill my hot tub now too

Appalling. You buy a ticket, and THEN it emails you to report an ‘issue/disruption’ with your service.
But when you click the link, it tells you nothing. So I now have no idea whether my train is going or not.
Either replace these train workers or give them the pay rise. This has gone on far too long

Excellent delivery time, communication is really good, regular notification on when I can expect my package and when I had to contact them to report an issue with an item I’d bought, tbe phone number et was easy to find and the customer service was excellent.
My girlfriend and I will definitely use Lovehoney again in tbe future.
