I purchased a van in January. Automatic hand brake fault comes up when driving. Spoticar policy is not worth the paper it is written on. They just said not something they cover. £400 of my own money spent and I still have the problem. Van is in again, had enough, don’t waste your money if you see spoticar run away!!!

I ordered a tool bag and due to being called out to work I had to have it delivered to the local delivery drop shop. I have now spent 2 days trying to get a bar code so I can collect it. It has been delivered by DHL and really not happy. It is here and I need the bag but unbelievably annoying that I can’t collect it!!!!
