Ordered 4 items for delivery didnt get delivered had to collect from courier this is not acceptable.

Twice in the last month have ordered from Amazon.De takes a long time for delivery the last one yesterday arrived box open far to large box for what was in there still waiting for part of order that is coming from China should have come from EU.If you put a negative review on their site it return unable to submit.

Paid for full cover then I was blocked saying I only had free version.unable to talk to anyone or email reredos to help centre which was no good. Eventually had to change my email before it would let me in,even now its still telling me to upgrade my account won't be renewing next year.

Easy to order and quality product at a good price.

Used them a few times always delivered on time.

Not had any problems but I have contacted caravan guard by email and they respond quickly.

Been trying to get a replacement part for my ride on lawn mower been to dealer they are next to useless so contacted Husqvarna direct dont even answer your emails.

Brought a motorhome from these people broke down on holiday despite having 3 months warranty refused to pay full cost of repairs. Do not use.

Product just as advertised posted quickly and postage price good.

I ordered a new bed for my Lunar Camper I was told it would be 10 weeks after 12 weeks contacted them through dealer because you can`t order direct.Had a reply saying won`t be able to supply new bed.This terrible service terrible service they must of known weeks ago there was a problem but kept me hanging on.

After giving them a 1star rating on 12th September got a phone call offering a refund for my cancelled policy and could i review my rating well after waiting over a month for my refund will not be changing my rating.

Excellent company as long as you don`t want to cancel policy.
Cancelled policy for Campervan after 6 months expecting to get back 30% but was told my policy was 5000 miles per year which I kept to.
I was told to check policy which was emailed to me but had no such email if I had known about no refund I would have kept the policy going.

Good staff ,good car the only thing that spoils it is sould be unlimited mileage and fuel should be full to full.

Had prebooked carhire at Manchester Airport on arrival told couldn`t use my credit card as expires in 3 weeks but only having car for 6days but I could use this same credit card if I paid for excess insurance which I did`nt need because I have a annual policy.Customer service centre is a joke never reply. GO TO A PROPER CAR HIRE COMPANY MIGHT COST MORE BUT WORTH IT.
