I’m really impressed with the Foldable Bluetooth Keyboard. The keyboard folds down into a super portable size, making it perfect for travel. The magnetic stand is sturdy and keeps my tablet at a good angle for typing. It’s a fantastic accessory for anyone who uses their tablet for work or school.

Back pain has been an issue for me, especially after long hours at my desk. This cushion seemed like a simple solution, so I decided to give it a try. The support it provides is noticeable right away. It helps me sit with better posture without feeling stiff.

Shipped to old address even after I specifically told them to send it to my new address they didn’t. Then it supposedly got delivered to my old address. I contacted the people that lived there after me and they said they never received anything. When I track the package it said it was delivered to the city I used to live in but on the picture the delivery driver took it was just black blank nothing. But they still would not refund or replace the product! They say it was because it was past the 30 days. But I never received anything package so I thought I was still waiting. But no they sent it to the wrong address. Don’t shop here! Customer service sucks and takes forever to respond also! I do not recommend!!

I ordered a neck massager. First red flag. No email confirmation. 2nd, 2 charges on my card more than the cost of the item. Called them and they are supposed to return the money to my account. Still waiting to see if the item ships. Zoolase should be shutdown.

While I did receive the item I ordered on May 25, 2026 and it seems reasonably good for the low price, I was charged double at the time by a company called CF-ShopZaven,(not Zoolase, the website I placed the order through.) I alerted Zoolase about the overcharge and they credited the charge. But on June 12, 2026 I received a $39.99 charge from CF-ShopZaven but I had not placed any other order. From other complaints online, I see that people have been charged a $39.99 "subscription" fee. I called and canceled my credit card.
I got fooled because Zoolase's website pretends it is US based. However, when the shipment info came and it being handled by a Chinese company I have never heard of I was already a bit suspicious and the delivery guy who dropped it off at my house was just a guy in his own car.

Cheap shoddy merchandise that has no resemblance to the pictures. If I could leave a zero star, I would. Avoid this seller! And don't believe any good reviews you see for them. Those are all fake. This company is a total scammer!

Duplicate charges for something I didn't want in the first place. They credited me $9.99 for priority handling after charging me twice for it, but I didn't want it to start with.

stay away from Zoolase! After I insisted on a total cancellation and refund of an order I placed five minutes prior, they kept hanging up on me or putting me on endless hold. I called from 3 different phones and they just stopped answering. will have to involve my bank now, so save yourselves the headache and NEVER order from them.

I bought an eyebrow pencil. Got automatically charged $9.99 for a lifetime warranty! Contacted the company asking for a refund. Treated with rude customer service. Do NOT buy from Zoolase!!!

Upon ordering an item, the problems started. They charged me a completely different price than what was paid for, they have not even shipped the item that was ordered (about a month ago now) and “customer service” was very unpleasant, unprofessional and definitely unhelpful. I have asked numerous times by phone call and email for a refund or the item, and all I get is, no response, no help, no refund and no item.
Definitely be careful and don’t order from Zoolase.

I bought a dog muzzle about a month and a half ago from a company called Klivera. I was told my account would reflect that the charges would be from company called Kelvo shop.
I also received charges three different times during that month and a half for subscription fees, which I never signed up for. To make a long story short I finally was able to cancel my order and have my subscription fees back. So I decided I was going to order a dog muzzle through a different company. I did order the dog muzzle through the company called Zoolase. I received the notification right after I placed the order that my account would reflect from a company called Kalvo shop. I checked my account and once again was billed for a subscription fee. I called the company again and canceled my order and received the refund for my subscription fee.

Total scam. They signed me up for a "membership" after I bought a dog toy. Took me weeks and a new debit card to fix the situation. They claimed the product was made in the USA and good quality, but it actually arrived in cheap plastic packaging and looked like it was straight from overseas. Beware of the fraud behind this beautiful website, in my experience it was a total scam.

This is a dishonest company do not order from them! I ordered the squirrel repeller - it does nothing! Then I get repeated 34.99 charges on my credit card from 2 different third party companies - and each time I tell them to stop the other one charges me! Do not order from them they are scammers!

Ordered a product that didn't show up... And they hide a membership fee while checking out.

While the initial contact and communication was OK, the shipping took a very long time and they did try to charge my card multiple times for one product. I even had to have my bank change my card numbers because of potential fraud. I did receive the product I ordered, but it was subpar quality. I would definitely avoid using this company if possible.

Horrible buy. Bought a pair of so called leather cowboy boots. Not. Let's put it this way size 11 cowboy boots don't fit in a mailbox these did. So just to say not real leather. If you can fold them up to fit in a mailbox, NO. I've got real boots and no way I can put them in my mailbox much less 1 of them.

I ordered a pair of Motorcycle Boots, Absolutely terrible product. And they have attempted to charge my debit card 3x. DO NOT ORDER anything from these people.

I purchased two card shufflers from Zoolase. One of the shufflers had a factory default where the motor was detached and not repairable. They wanted me to ship it back at my expense, charge me a restocking fee of 15% - FOR A FACTORY DEFAULT!. My advice is TO TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

Zoolase came up in a top search on Google for solar tea lights....I ordered some...received a text from my credit card company asking if the order was legit--I responded yes. After completing the order, THEN I researched Zoolase and found all of these negative reviews! My order arrived a little later than expected, but US tariffs must be chaos for foreign & domestic companies. The tea lights are charged & work when I turn the switch on. They may not last throughout the entirety of the season, but they are just holiday decorations & nothing essential. Issues with Chinese companies may reflect the tension between the US and foreign entities right now. I find the few Chinese companies I've ordered from by internet to be earnest and honest, but may have difficulties with customs, therefore customers' orders may not arrive in the time designated.
