Zerko is a Canadian platform helping people buy and sell safely through Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji, and other local marketplaces. Our platform helps reduce the risk of fake e-transfers, counterfeit cash, and other common scams by providing secure payments powered by Stripe for in-person transactions. We're also building Canada's Safe Exchange Zones directory, making it easier for Canadians to find police-designated meetup locations and complete local transactions with confidence. Whether you're selling a phone, vehicle, furniture, or electronics, Zerko helps make local buying and selling safer, simpler, and more secure.

A MUST for top-tier security in the virtual marketplace world

Zerko has been an incredibly efficient, safe, and reliable system when using apps/sites like FB Marketplace, Kijiji, etc. Way too many scams and safety concerns are happening these days when it comes to handling transactions through these sites, but with Zerko, I feel much safer in who I am conducting business with. I highly recommend Zerko to anyone who feels unsafe and anxious when dealing with potentially shady or scamming people on these marketplace apps.
