My experience so far has been oThe trading platform itself is good and easy to use. The only issue I had was with address verification. They ask for documents but don't specify well what works in Boli

My experience so far has been okay. The platform works well but the address verification was confusing. I sent a health insurance document and it was rejected without clear explanation. Customer service could explain better which documents are accepted in Bolivia. I hope they improve the guidance for new users.

Negligence or Racism - whatever

Overall, it was absolutely useless for me and I just waisted my time on them: I couldn't complete the identification process because my country wasn't listed (I'm from Russia), and there was no way to attach any other documents (e.g., a residence permit from a non-sanctioned EU country where I currently live).

I wrote to both of their official support email addresses, but there was no response for over two weeks. One day, I even received an official email from a senior account manager (SO serious!), expressing their delight at my cooperation and asking if I needed any assistance. I replied that I indeed needed assistance, but there was no response. Their chat operators pretended to forward my request to their managers, but there was no response for over a week.

I can imagine what would have happened if I had become your client—it's a huge risk to rely on such negligence in financial matters.

Or, if this was simply a racist act, I would simply make things easier for your clients and ban Russian citizens from registering from the start—why waste your precious resources pretending to support them?

My Honest Experience with XTB

:

I am willing to provide supporting documents, screenshots, and voice recordings regarding my experience. These include conversations in which the Regional Manager, Ashraf Duraid, assured me that I would be compensated. However, after these discussions, the messages were deleted, and I was blocked from further communication. I have evidence supporting these events.

I compensated clients using my own personal funds based on the understanding that XTB would later reimburse me, as I had been assured. Unfortunately, after that, all communication stopped, and the promised compensation was never completed. This is one of the main reasons I decided to share my experience publicly
