Got a data plan for my son - he is always out of data which was never the case before - the support is really bad and they make it incredibly difficult to cancel - I definitely don’t recommend.

No responses on phone or email.

Edit: I did use your formular, still no response. Don't bother I had already cancelled.

Klarmobil has sadly been the worst experience I've ever had with any company.
Two separate accounts were opened under my name and I was charged for both, yet I only had access to one of them and never requested a second. I contacted customer service multiple times and sent countless emails trying to sort it out. Most of the time I got no response at all, and when I did, it was unhelpful and dismissive.
Things got even worse when Klarmobil took legal action against me over a phone number I never requested, never used, and didn't even know existed. In the end, I had to pay around €300 in additional costs because of a problem they created.
Now I'm trying to get copies of my invoices, and somehow that's also impossible. If you don't have an active phone number anymore, you can't call them, and if you can't access your account, you can't use the app either. So how exactly are customers supposed to get help?
The few euros I saved by choosing a cheaper provider ended up costing me far more in extra charges, legal fees, and hours upon hours of stress and wasted time.
I would never recommend Klarmobil to anyone. I've never dealt with such poor customer service, such little accountability, and such a frustrating company.

Ordered a phone 01.05.26 waiting untill today and do not received. None of the customer service speqks in english. No other way to contact them totall mess. 2 weeks waiting for my phone

Not easy to contact be it online or in app, many links on their website simply do not work. Be careful at extra options(zusatz optionen) I realised after years, when I canceled my contract with them I was still getting Invoices (Rechnungen) and checked, that apparently I was paying for waipu, guru and Kaspersky password, about 15-16 euros per month. I never requested and never used that, but they somehow were taxing me and on their website that came as *Rechnung 2* and kept going even after I quit them and ported my number to another provider.

Can’t recommend, your payment somehow not work, you paid and explained to them why, they don’t care and you have to pay the fine for that. The customer service so bad!

Very bad provider. Now real support as no matter who or what you call, there is always a voice telling you to do your stuff online. They did not extend our contract although we wished it - there was a technical issue. Now one of our Numbers has a lost contract and is unreachable. Really: Go with the Line-Owners directly - this provider ist pure evil.

Good prices, support is reachable not instantly, but Callbavk service work well.
First setup of accessing Online Portal did not work, untill Hotline called back abd unlocked something. If Portal registration would work first time I would not have a reason to contact Hotline.

This company is a scam. Their pricing may appear lower than competitors, but they take every opportunity to charge additional fees. In our case, they failed to debit our bank account once. Despite contacting them and agreeing that the payment would be taken with the next billing cycle, they never did so. Instead, they suddenly issued an invoice for the full contract amount. Customer support verbally acknowledged the issue and initially supported our position, but in the end, they proceeded with the charge anyway.

Cheap contracts on offer, but if something doesn't go well the customer service is a nightmare. Is unbelievably difficult to reach someone, and whilst they are very pleasant they either cannot offer solutions or make a promise that is not kept. They refuse to escalate any issues meaning as a customer one has no recourse.
Update (24.3.26): after 6 attempts and 10 weeks, managed to speak to a representative today who said - "we are not offering anything to resolve this". Again very poor communication and service

Left me without line and no solution. Asked me to delete my eSim to enable on my new phone and nothing works. Called them and said there is no solution??? I still have to pay them and have no network? Asked to speak to a supervisor and they say no supervisors work after lunch. I will file a complaint against the authorities!

Klarmobil has repeatedly added services and subscriptions to my account that I never ordered or approved, then when I confronted them, they said they cancelled them, but later insisted I still pay for these random services/products for the current month. And a refund was impossible. They asked me to email for a refund, which I did and they ignored, and I even sent a certified letter, which they also ignored.

In November 2024 they called trying to upsell products to me which I refused, but little did I know they signed me up anyway. I didn't notice right away since they don't send invoices for these charges, so from my side all looked in order until I noticed there were 2 direct debits from my bank account monthly.

I will avoid all brands under the Freenet brand from now on. If you want to use them, just never answer any unsolicited calls from them and monitor not just your invoiced, but your online inbox, very carefully. I would personally rather pay more monthly then feel cheated by some company's fraudulent practices.

Customer service is also unknowledgeable, unhelpful, and is not allowed to speak to you in English. The first time I called, I asked (in German) if English is possible, and without responding they just hung up... wow.

They calle me ontime, friendly and answerd my questions well.

We signed up for klarna not knowing it was a year contract and we waited for it to end. We tried to cancel via the phone many times and now it’s been more than one year after cancelling the contract. They still charging us every month. We called up to see why they still charging us and they said the mobile line is not there anymore and they can’t find our account and yet they still charging us every month.

The customer service cannot help us as they said there is no active line or account under our name or telephone number. No one knows how to stop this payment.

Customer service is the worst! They always make me to have a new contract with "easy" cancellation, due to my limited german, I was always "tricked" into the contract!

Then when I want to cancel. They just hang up immediately. Like what???
