Fortunately, I have only purchased a few of the company’s products, and I have been completely disappointed not only by the quality but mainly by the customer service. The most recent incident involved a vacuum cleaner from the SE series. After just two uses, the spray trigger broke. I wouldn’t mind the material defect if there were after-sales service.... In Greece, at least, this is yet another scandal. Does your company see the reviews from your customers in Greece, or you simply don't care???

I order a Water Pressure K7 and guess what happend. They do not deliver the product but instead they delivered me a necklace and do not give any response after all.

Repeatedly the NZ customer service team at Karcher do not know their products. They look at the website and replay it back. We can look at the website. If a customer is asking a question, they rarely reply with an answer that actually addresses the question. Gives karcher a bad name in NZ. Karcher has so many poor quality attachments based on reviews for their water blaster, and their website is lacking in specific details. Plenty of PR videos rather than real use videos and specific technical information.

Karsher quality in down the gutter, I tried tro repair my steam cleaner (SC4) and realised that they locked the heating tank with white iron screws so once you get a little bit of water on it they broke really easily.

I replaced those with stainless ones (the construction is made to make your repair harder) and realised that the pump is running all the time now so I just threw it away

Please avoid that brand at all cost!

As others have said, the Karcher name no longer means reliability. They are build cheap and you'll be lucky to get more then a couple of years service before it breaks.

Yes Karcher have a sales department for every country but you, Karcher.de are the manufacturer hence you get the 2 star review.

Kaercher floor cleaner broke down during the warranty period: The wheels didn't spin anymore. Was repaired but broke down again with exactly the same problem. The 3rd time it broke down again with the same problem, and they told us it was beyond the warranty period and we should pay 137 euros to have it fixed. Rip-off.

Yes, I HAVE contacted Kärcher Belgium directly and it's them who wanted to charge me 137€. There is no separate company per country on TrustPilot, which is why I rate your central HQ. It's you who call the shots, to impose warranty policies on your international subsidiaries. As your Belgian branch is not helpful, what else can I do than turn to you?

Kärcher has a disposable policy for the equipment it sells.
Kärcher has never heard of sustainability. That is unacceptable in the current environmental climate.
A repair is more expensive than new and a maximum usage warranty of two years is ridiculous.
Moreover, there is no support at all for repairing it yourself.
They let you send a device for repair, while the policy is that a flat fee is charged, but the customer is not informed about this. They already know in advance that such a high amount is charged as standard that repairing is not profitable for a customer. A sent device is not even unpacked to investigate the problem first.

Kärcher also does not want to tell you which type numbers were produced and when. As a result, you as a customer cannot assess which provider offers the most recently produced device.

I have various Karcher products, my last order was a shop vac and a window cleaner pack (WV6 something).
While I tried a lot of window cleaners I know that they all leave streaks if you don’t manually wipe away with a microfiber cloth after (which kills the whole purpose of the window vac anyways)
As I built my trust into their products and I saw they affirming their window vac is ‘streak-free’ let me tell you, it is not and they are just straight up liars like every other manufacturer that state their window vac is ‘streak-free’.
No, it is not unless you clean manually.
I could care less about 80€, it’s just the trust in a specific brand that let me down.

Will not buy Karcher products again because of this incident, I won’t return either because I don’t want to waste my time but I’ll simply avoid them.

Let it be know that you can’t post negative reviews on their website because they just delete them under ridiculous pretexts, that’s why the products are rated so high.

(Let alone the fact that the first thing you see when unboxing their products it’s a call for review)

Do not put any trust in their socalled 5 years guarantee program, and steer clear of their high pressure systems. Mine dropped pressure after 2 yrs of use, in the middle of august. Always stored indoors during wintertime. Kärchers explanation: frost damage. Did not see that coming. Buy your products elsewhere.

Na iets meer dan twee jaar werkt de motor niet meer om te sproeien dus valt buiten de garantie. Ik kan het apparaat laten maken voor 106 euro via karcher terwijl het apparaat circa 200 euro kost. Dat gaat dus niemand doen?! Belachelijk. Dit noem je in “marketing termen” build in deteroration, producten zo maken dat ze snel stuk gaan zodat het bedrijf opnieuw aan je kan verdienen. Ik koop geen karcher meer, en raadt anderen ook aan dat niet te doen.

This company repeatedly pesters you for reviews. So I left a 1 star review - and guess what, they refused to publish it saying it did not meet their guidelines. What a surprise.

The steam cleaner was not usable spraying lukewarm water in all directions. When returned for repair, it was lost by the shipper and Karcher client service refused to do anything about it. Now I'm not getting my money back, and don't have the product. Avoid at all costs!

The lawnmower arrived was assembled and the excitement when starting to cut the lawn. What a disappointment although the mower operated it did not cut the grass. A pretty basic requirement for a lawnmower. Many hours spent with customer service over four days and being told you have purchased it and we do not accept returns. Eventually after being advised of online purchase consumer rights arrangements were made to collect. Fortunately I purchase via PayPal and received a refund through there purchase guarantee scheme or I doubt I would ever have got my money back. I own a number of Karcher products but after this experience I will not buy any more.

I would give zero rating on this company. My power wash broke in less than a year of purchase and they refused to repair or replace it under the warranty as the claimed it was due to wear and tear. I only used it twice so how can it be wear and tear. It is the second power wash I purchased from karcher the first one broke just out of warranty. I would therefore conclude that their products are of poor quality......

Very quick to respond to my request for help. Friendly and knowledgeable when I phoned them to place an order. Products received quickly, well packed and no damaged of any kind. Thank you Karcher.
