Enfin, au lieu d'une carte de condoléances personnalisée, c'est le bordereau de commande interne qui a été laissé attaché au bouquet, avec l'occasion (« Funeral »), le numéro de commande et les coordonnées complètes du destinataire — clairement inapproprié. Le service client n'a proposé aucune solution satisfaisante. Je déconseille fortement.

Very negative experience with Fleur Québec (fleur-quebec.com): the flowers were already wilted less than 24 hours after delivery — quality far below what was advertised. On top of that, despite clear delivery instructions including the building's buzzer code, the driver left the bouquet outside the building's exterior door, not even inside the lobby. Finally, instead of an actual sympathy card, the internal order/shipping slip was left attached to the bouquet, showing the occasion ("Funeral"), order number, and the recipient's full contact details — completely inappropriate. Customer service offered no real resolution. Strongly do not recommend.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent flower order.
Unfortunately, the bouquet that was delivered was far from the quality and appearance of the bouquet I selected when placing my order. It looked significantly different and did not meet the expectations created by the product shown on your website.
In addition, the delivery was made four days later than the scheduled delivery date. This delay was particularly disappointing, as the flowers were intended for a special occasion.
Overall, I am not satisfied with either the quality of the bouquet or the delivery service. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and offer an appropriate solution, such as a refund or another form of compensation.

Ordered a flower arrangement in April which was never delivered (I was told the driver couldn't access the building yet the address provided for delivery was to a private house with its own front door!!) Refund refused, I agreed to a voucher which I apparently could claim by putting my email address in the coupon field; needless to say, it hasn't worked and yesterday, customer service asked me - on three different ocassions - to send a screen shot of the error message which I did, all three times and since, no news. Come on Bloomex/Fleurs Quebec, this is bad on several points - you've got a chance to rescue this situation so please sort this out!

Super disappointed. Bouquet delivered was much smaller than what was shown on picture, looked like it was missing flowers. When I showed the pic to customer service they said that I got what I ordered. I paid $80 for what looked like a grocery-store bought bouquet. Save your money and get your flowers elsewhere.

I ordered flowers for same-day delivery and entered the delivery address into the system, which clearly confirmed that the bouquet would arrive that same day. However, after paying for an expensive arrangement, I received a call from Bloomex informing me that delivery would instead take place the following day.
When I explained that same-day delivery was the entire reason for my purchase and asked whether I could cancel the order, I was told it was already too late because the order had been processed (despite the fact that less than an hour had passed since I placed it).
To make matters worse, the bouquet that was ultimately delivered looked nothing like the one I had paid for. Instead of contacting me regarding the significant substitution, Bloomex unilaterally added a box of cookies as compensation, without my consent or prior approval.
I was also disappointed with the customer service experience. Although I selected the French service option when calling, I was informed that no French-speaking agents were available.
Overall, this was a very frustrating experience marked by misleading delivery information, poor communication, and a product that did not match what was advertised. I would not recommend this company.

Not the same size of bouquet as the one I ordered. I ask for the large and payed extra for it. The bouquet was small. They refused to return the money and to replace the bouquet.

This review is in reference to 05559488. I recently made a purchase from this vendor and had requested it to be sent on a specific date because that is the scheduled viewing of the deceased. Unfortunately, I was belatedly informed that they could not fulfill my request. Thankfully, through Daisy's complete attention and active listening skills, she was able to quickly solve my problem by rerouting my order to my office, and I was not charged for any changes. That to me deserves recognition because Daisy ensured that I would not have any further frustrations. While my friend will receive the flowers after the fact, it would still be a nice gesture that the bereaved family is in our thoughts. Thank you, Daisy! Well done on taking ownership of my issue.

I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day, and they never arrived to my mom. I’ve tried contacting customer service multiple times and have received absolutely no response. At this point, the bare minimum I expect is a full refund, but nobody is answering. Very disappointing experience, especially for such an important occasion. I would not recommend this service.

Very disappointed with my experience. I paid extra for a large premium Mother’s Day bouquet with lilies and roses, only to be informed afterwards that the arrangement would be changed because the flowers were supposedly “out of stock.”
What is even more frustrating is that I was only informed of the replacement after the order had already been processed, without even being given the opportunity to approve the change beforehand.
The bouquet delivered was clearly not a premium arrangement worth the amount paid. The order was also delayed, and despite sending emails, I received no response. I am honestly very upset by the entire experience.
Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened. Better communication, transparency, and reliability are seriously needed, especially when clients are paying extra for a premium arrangement
