Unreliable and unresponsive
Company works with DPD, which is a very unreliable delivery company, therefore getting my parcel was already an adventure.
The shoe is defect, due to poor gluing and the company refused to help me regarding exchanging the parcel, told me I had to contact the manufacture when in fact it is by law the job of Ekosport to sort this out.
I have now logged the shoe in to be returned and it’s been 2weeks with no response from them.
I will never buy from them again.

Disappointing customer service
I am very disappointed with my recent experience with Ekosport (Ticket 00658414). The product I received (a diamond stone) arrived broken inside its original packaging. The external parcel showed no visible damage at delivery, so no complaint was made to the courier and the box was later disposed of. Instead of focusing on the clearly damaged item (which was documented and reported immediately), customer service repeatedly requested photos of all six sides of the shipping box and even a photo showing all products together. Since the box had already been recycled and there was no visible external damage, these requests felt excessive and procedural rather than solution-oriented. The process has been slow and frustrating, with more emphasis on formalities than on resolving a straightforward quality issue. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend their after-sales service.

FRAUDSTERS
I ordered a ski helmet and goggles on the Ekosport website. I made the payment and the order status showed "VALIDATED".
After several days I wanted to check the progress of the order, but the order still showed "VALIDATED".
I sent a message to customer service to find out what was going on. I did not receive a response. I sent several more messages during the day and there is no response to any of them.
They took the money, but the goods are not being sent.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

Late deliveries
I have made 2 orders, on the 01.12.2025 and on the 02.12.2025.
12 days later, the order from 02.12 has been barely handed to DPD.
The order from 01.12 has not been processed yet, 2 weeks later!!!
I will be out of country during the holiday season by the time they will send me the order, shame!
As the prices on the site are really good, I abstain myself from giving 1 star, but more than 2 is also very hard to grant!!!
Edit: 1 star as deliveries apparently don´t even show up.

Is not possible to return a product!
I have been waiting for over a month for a refund!
If you ever have an issue with a product and need to return it for a refund, be very careful with this company. They do not have a clear or fair return process. They refuse to issue refunds or accept returns without first getting approval from the brand.
In my case, I ordered a Patagonia jacket that arrived defective. Ekosport told me they needed confirmation from Patagonia before allowing me to return it. I’ve now been waiting for more than a month with no clear response or solution from their customer service.
There is no way to even return the product, with or without a defect, which is completely unacceptable under EU consumer law.
