Avoid at all costs

Taking advantage of their mentally vulnerable userbase to make their cancellation process intentionally unclear and abusive.

Misleads consumer into signing up for two seperate subscriptions, one for the actual app and one for "workbooks", glorified ebooks that you must pay concurrently for. Did not remind me of autorenewal, did not indicate that I still had an active subscription when I cancelled the main one, when I was charged surprisingly for several months at a time, lied about giving me a refund! They told me to close my paypal case and they would provide a partial refund. It has been over a month, and this has not happened. Deliberate scam or extreme negligence?

This app is a complete rip off

This app is a complete rip off. Great in theory but it takes advantage strategically and even when you cancel they will randomly charge you 3 mnths later. Do not give them your financial information

Scam

Scam, they charge you 15$ for the firs month, not telling you its a subscription. I did all the checking to make sure I wouldnt be getting a recurring charge, howeve , 2 months later, a random charge of $60 just popped up out of nowhere. I trieed to cancel but they wouldnt budge. Avoid! AVOID!

Be very careful with this app company

Be very careful with this app company! They will bill you even when you haven't downloaded or activated the app!
Very dishonest and unethical scam! Do not trust them. They list a Nevada address however they are based in Cyprus. Probably Russians.

Signed if for free trial and was charged a stupid high amount for some ebooks which were automatically downloaded. Asked refund and took weeks to reply they feel sorry. And nothing else

5 charges on the day I installed the app. 17,99; 9,99 and 3 of 1 USD.

What they present as an application is…

What they present as an application is a terribly expensive subscription service. When you realize this and try to cancel, they drag their feet, tell you how wrong you are, and essentially rob you of at least $50.

I should have seen this company is based in Cyprus and therefore feels it can do at it pleases to US customers. I'll be writing my State AG and Apple to request they remove this from their store

They took money even though i cancelled…

They took money even though i cancelled the subscription. They refuse to give it back stay away they stealing money and its shocking. Even the dates doesnt make sense. I started on 6 may cancelled it 10days later. If what they say is true they should have taken money every 28 days. They didnt take anything on the 3rd of june they took today at the 28 of june. This company is full of lies. I want my refund

Be very careful with these people.
It will look like you can try the app for a one time 9,99 but it will automatically setup a subscription for 40 euros a month. This subscription is not visible in your apple account since it is a “in app/platform subsciption”

I emailed them within 6 hours of this renewal and i only get these frustrating AI generared answers why i will not get a refund or if i would like a different payment plan.

These people are in it to screw everyone over once.

The app is sh#t, just visualy made to get your attention once and rob you for 10+40 euros total.

The only response i want from you a-holes a full refund for the 40 euros.
If not dont even try to respond.

I signed up for what I believed was a trial and never intentionally continued using this service. Months later, I discovered that I had been charged for a subscription that I was no longer using.

When I contacted customer support, I explained that I had received no meaningful value from the service and requested a refund in good faith. My request was denied solely because of their refund policy, despite the fact that my subscription had already been canceled and I confirmed that I wanted my account permanently deleted.

As a small business owner, every dollar matters. I believe companies should be transparent about recurring subscriptions and should be willing to make reasonable exceptions for customers who clearly did not intend to continue paying for a service they barely used.

While the support team was polite, I was disappointed that they chose to rely strictly on policy rather than customer fairness. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

SCAM

SCAM - DO NOT SIGN UP! This company is preying on the type of person it advertises towards. DO NOT GET CAUGHT OUT BY THESE SCAMMERS! Charged me £85 after the month trial even though it should be £9.99 a month and refuse to give a refund even though the advertising is not accurate and is misleading.

The app and company are great

The app is great. Intuitive, interesting, helpful, and easy to use. In the beginning you have to make a habit of it. There’s no shaming when you miss, which is great. But making it a habit is key, and it’s on you.
The customer service is superb. They are responsive, prompt, kind, and helpful. The listened and responded to my actual issues. And they were very helpful.
