Had some connection issues first but it was solved with help from support. They just needed a reset. Sound quality is excellent, these are "keepers" 👍

I bought the Wavell 4 Pro earbuds first, then the foam tips. The purchase experience was fine, everything was shipped rather quickly, but a lot of packaging was used, which is not very sustainable.
The earbuds are very good indoors, but the noise cancellation is quite poor outside, in my opinion, and I tried all possible settings. Adding the foam tips did not bring much, so I was quite disappointed, especially since they were a separate purchase. Besides, the touch function is a bit fiddly - sometimes it doesn't activate properly, and sometimes it simply responds to my hair moving around the ear.
I used to own Jabra earbuds before these and I very much preferred the noise cancellation settings on them.

I ordered a product via the EU website which never arrived, then tried to contact customer service via the support form on their website, then tried to contact the email address provided in the order email as both the reply-to address and printed in text at the bottom (@waavell.eu, seemingly it has a typo, but also @wavell.eu did not work) and none of it worked.
Eventually only by posting this review did I get a response from them (via an email address @wavell.dk...) and they informed me they never received the form on I submitted on their EU website, so this review was the first they heard about it... If I'm being honest, it feels like the EU version of the website was vibe coded.
I eventually received the product I paid for about a month late.

I have yet to have a phone Call where people Can actually hear what I am saying. The mic’s are terrible and the noise cancellation doesn’t do the job either.

Great customer service from Robert! I Ordered my Wavell 4 aero a few months ago. There were some weird bumps that developed and I queried them. They offered to exchange them for me. I returned them and received the new pair the day after. amazing! 🤩.

Been using Sleep Pro earbuds. First ones that came had a terrible connection issue; kept loosing connection and especially loosing sync with left/right earbud. Customer service was good and I got a new pair (the first ones had a bug they said after service department looked at them). The new pair works better, but faaar far from good. I often have to put them back in the case and take them out again to get connection. Almost every night the earbuds loose sync with each other causing an echo-like sound with lag between them. If I tap gently on the earbud or wiggle my head, the issue disapears for the moment, and then returns.
So…
The good: excellent fit and comfortable to wear. First earbuds I love to wear sleeping on the side. Sits secure in the ear and are just perfect when it comes to comfort! The Wavell app is also good; easy to use and works well. The sleep option to power off the earbuds with a timer is a big reason for me to buying them - and it works well! The sound quality is really good for its purpose; clear, balanced and high quality.
The bad:
Battery life is about 3 hours and then you have to put them in the case for charging. But hey, most of us have fallen asleep within that time span, so no big issue.
The major flaw, reason for two stars on review and me not buying Wavell again until proven differently is that the most basic need doesn’t work; to hear audio/sound without glitches and bugs.
Wavell company can contact me of they need a test pilot since I see promises in their product, but no way I am taking a chance and paying again.
If the connection and sync between earbuds issues were fixed this product would be a 5 star perfect product for all of us sleep headphone-junkies!

Bought the Wavell4 Pro earbuds, and they arrived fast, and I even got a water bottle. The product also seems alright, but I didn't receive an order confirmation or a receipt, which I need for my company. I've tried to phone them (it wasn't possible) and I've written twice to their customer service. No response at all! I'm now going through some additional official channels to get my receipt.

First time ordering a product from Wavell. I orderen the Wavell 4 Sleep Pro, and I must say overall the product looks and feels okay physically in my ears, however, the connectivity issues between the earbuds and the app is abyssmal... The app typically displays that it's only connected to one earbud or the other, and more often than both connected. Also the sound quality and the ANC feels like a very cheap product.. Would not recommend for ANYTHING but that very, very faint noice reduction when sleeping. Will return mine unfortunately.

Buckle up, I have a story. I write in English for my fellow foreigners.
So I went back to Spain for Christmas, and my dad bought me the wavell light confort because I wanted it for a long time. He bought it in wavel.eu so it could be delivered to Spain and I could have it from Julemand.
It never arrived, the delivery company never told us where it was, they made up that we didn't collect it and sent it back to Wavell.
I ended writing to wavell asking to please resend it when they receive it because it never arrived to Spain.
Well, it never arrived to Denmark either.
After a month, I asked Wavell to please give my dad his money back or send me a new one to Denmark, since I was already back home.
They were super nice all the time I talked with them, they ended sending me a new one and I received it in less than 3 days.
My christmas gift arrived, a bit late but it arrived.
Thank you Wavell (and Robert) for being super nice, answering my mails super fast and sending a new one to me in Denmark.
Please don't use Fedex for international shipping ever again, they suck.

Ordered Wavell Signature in a Black week campaign directly from Wavell. The product was in stock and could be sent immediately and was expected to be in my hand just a few days after. However, that time has now passed, the order hasn't even been sent and when inquiring the customer service I get the answer that Black week has delayed the delivery TO their warehouse (eg: not from their warehouse to me). On direct inquiry, they can't give an estimate of when they will deliver. Quite strange considering that the product was labeled "in stock" and IS STILL in stock when looking at their website. If i order within a few hours, I will have the product in just 2-3 days according to the site. Those two things don't really align...
For short: Something is a bit strange about this. Economical issues??? Or just not honest/professional from customer service? I have high hopes for the product (if it arrives), but right now I would think twice before ordering...

RESET INSTRUCTIONS FROM WAVELL REP. DIDN’T SOLVE THE PROBLEM
25 September: returned faulty earbuds for a replacement
20 Oct: Email Wavell, "Where’s my replacement?"
24 Oct: Wavell replies
"Hi John,
I am terribly sorry that you have not received your headphones! I do not know what went wrong, but the replacement has not been sent. I have now created a new shipment for you, which will be sent on Monday."
6 November: I write Wavell complaining about audio issues with the replacement earbuds.
"I cannot get audio to play out of the right earbud.
I’ve tried the factory reset instructions several times but to no avail.
Another anomaly is that the Wavell app shows that only the right bud, the one that doesn’t play, is charged. The left bud, the one that plays shows not charge at all, even though it has in fact be in the recharge position for several hours."
Please help me resolve these problems promptly. My experience with the Wavell Pro 4 has not been very satisfactory to date."

Very unhappy with my Wavell experience :-(
Bought two pair of headphones from Wavell. Both of them stopped working after around 6 months. The second one I bought (Wavell light pro 3) they never turned off so the battery was always dead. After some time I couldn't reconnect one of the headphones. Wrote to Wavell support, no reply at all.
Avoid this company and their products, unless you want to waste your money.
I bought new pair of their sleeping Pro 4. Did not work when I received them, and have tried to get in contact with their support by phone, multiple messages but still no response. Don’t buy from this company!!
And now the first response on trustpilot - that I should contact their customer service, but that is the whole point - I have done that. So please respond on any of my mail/messages the last week instead of responding on Trustpilot….
When finally reached support, the service has been great. And therefore I have changed my score from 1 to 3 star

Bought Wavell 3 Light Sleep, haven't still tested if the timer really does work but the sound quality is good and they don't hurt my when lying down. I do wish however that we would've gotten smalle earbud pieces. The manual also has the sleep timer setting wrongly put, it's two taps and hold, not three taps and hold.
Short delivery time. Easy to setup on multiple devices. Fits nicely. Great sound quality. The app is easy to use. The microphone has been low volume, so people tend to turn up my volume, which is slightly annoying. The logo on the case has almost vanished after two weeks of use. 4/5. Would recommend for the price.
