Although it took some time for us to move ahead with the project, Verstech provided us with so much more than a quotation - their advice and knowledge was delivered in a professional and non jargon way, which enabled us to fully understand our needs (which were very different to our initial brief). The project was delivered on time and the after service has been excellent. Highly recommend.

Without Verstech I would be a wreck! As a complete technophobe running a micro company, they helped me set up user friendly systems and now ensure everything works…. And it does, perfectly. If we do have a little glitch, the response time is excellent. The glitch is usually user error and both they patiently tell me where I’ve gone wrong, or fix the issue. I trust that Verstech reviews my software ensuring everything is working efficiently for the company, as well as recommend changes if needed. Verstech’s billing is professional and transparent and allows me to allocate charges to my clients, if appropriate. Without a doubt Verstech's support improves the running of the company and leaves me free to do the things I’m good at! I’d 100% recommend Verstech and have been using them for nearly 10 years: they go above and beyond.

Verstech, Nick and his team have been essential to our operations. We have been working with Verstech for approximately a year and have developed a great working relationship. Verstech manage our IT system including moving us over from our previous system which was a very smooth process. They are very knowledgeable, approachable and kept us informed throughout the whole process which helps tremendously when making changes within a business to avoid disruption. We have since asked Verstech to undertake other projects for us following the success of the initial one. I needed a new laptop as mine was so slow. Nick was fantastic, he got me a factory refurbished one with high spec that was a great price. The turnaround was quick and Nick configured it with all I needed to sync with the old one.
