I ordered some shoes from this company but when they came they were no good for me as I have a problematic left foot. The returns policy said they could be returned at my expense which was fair enough. However when I contacted them and got a return address it was in CHINA. As the company address online is in the UK I was confused. They tried offering me discounts on the shoes but they are no good to me. The matter is now with my bank and their legal team.

Despite following the sizing guide and increasing my size, the item did not fit. I requested a refund but the company is not based in the UK so I am required to pay for international shipping. I requested the return address but received only an email offering a 70% discount code. I have sent multiple follow-up emails but all have been returned. This has left me with a dress that does not fit and £30 out of pocket.

This one just feels nice on the skin. Not scratchy or stiff like some dresses I’ve ordered before. Happy with it .

Got a casual midi dress and it’s one of those pieces you just throw on and go. Works for errands or going out for coffee. I like that it doesn’t feel overstyled.

When i received my order the quality was worse than expected. The customer service team responded promptly when I asked to return and to receive a refund but what the website doesn't tell you is that you are expected to ship goods back to China and pay all shipping and import duties to receive a full refund, despite the website only displaying a UK business address and claiming to 'be transparent' with their customers. There's no mention of this.
I've had to settle for a partial refund to save myself being at a loss and I'm stuck with a dress that I don't want.
