I’ve been an early investor from the inception of Unicoin, February 2022. I was especially enthusiastic, mainly because of the team behind the early project, they inspired me in investing and till today, and besides some bumps along the road with the SEC, and its war on Crypto, Alex and Silvina have been tireless with transparency, clear communication and full commitment to their vision for Unicoin. I have no doubt about the success of the team and Unicoin.

It has been a tough road but the CEO and people behind Unicoin has never given up and been fully transparent with it investors. Glad to be apart of this.

I first discovered Unicoin in 2023 and decided to follow the project because of its long-term vision. While the journey has included regulatory challenges and market uncertainty, I appreciate that the team has continued building and communicating updates instead of disappearing.

Recently, I started using the SafeBets platform, which introduced me to another part of the ecosystem. During my first 15 days of participating in prediction challenges, I earned over 5,000 Unicoin rewards, making the experience engaging and motivating.

I've also enjoyed following interviews and updates from Alex Konanykhin and the team to better understand the project's direction.

From my personal experience so far, the ecosystem has continued to evolve, and I'm looking forward to seeing the next milestones, including wider adoption and future utility for the token.

I have followed this organization since 2021 and have found it to be reputable, capable, and forward-thinking. One of their greatest strengths is their consistent communication with investors regarding their evolving strategies and plans. In my experience, this level of transparency is unusual for a pre-ICO company, and it has helped me, a cautious and risk-averse investor, to develop trust and confidence in the organization.

I am a current investor in Unicoin and I conducted extensive research before making my investment. When the SEC announced its lawsuit against the company, I had to reexamine the available information to determine whether I had overlooked anything. I had not.

The complaint presented information that was consistent with what I had already seen in the company’s filings, but I believe the SEC drew conclusions that were inaccurate or unwarranted. For example, the complaint alleged that the company misrepresented real estate transactions because the stated contract values were later followed by lower appraisals. Based on my 30 years of experience as a real estate investor, I do not view that as inherently improper. Contract values reflect the terms agreed to by the parties, and the SEC did not allege collusion with the counterparties involved in those transactions. If later appraisals came in lower, that could reasonably reflect market conditions or the developmental stage of the properties, including projects that were not yet fully developed. In real estate investing, it is not unusual for valuations and contract pricing to differ depending on timing, market dynamics, and the status of development.

I appreciate that Unicoin has chosen to contest the SEC’s allegations. I am disappointed that a government agency charged with protecting investors has taken an approach that may ultimately harm the very investors it meant to serve.

Very transparent company

A a early investor and an investor on several other companies, Unicoin´s provides superior investor communications, which are relavant for current investors and prospective investors. Their response time may vary depending on the conditions but overall is pretty good.

As an investor since 2021, Alex and Silvina have been completely transparent and honest.
Although the initial strategy was “cut short” by SEC, Alex and Silvina have always tried to find solutions, and now everything is falling into place to make this a success story.
