The package took about 2 months to…

The package took about 2 months to arrive and the tracking number is from China so it's most likely not Filipino, and it's worth noting that there's equity issues with sourcing Ube from there but I learned that later.
Other than that the color looks dull and it seems more like purple sweet potato than actual Ube. Their Instagram page either blocked me or it disappeared. I think there's some definite trust issues with this company, seems to be selling cheap stuff disguised as premium quality. I suggest disputing the transaction with your bank and mark as fraud, this should push them somehow.

This company is a joke.

This company is a joke.
I placed my order a month ago, and despite sending multiple emails — and despite the 24-hour response policy stated on their website — I have received nothing: no order, no reply to my emails, no professional update on my order status, and certainly no offer of a refund.
I would not trust this company to act professionally!

We placed our order on May 6th and

We placed our order on May 6th and, as of today, we have still not received anything. While delays can happen, the lack of communication has been extremely disappointing.

We repeatedly tried to contact the company for updates regarding our order, but our messages have gone unanswered. We are no longer receiving any responses via email or WhatsApp, which makes it feel as though we have been blocked or ignored entirely.

What is most frustrating is not the delay itself, but the complete absence of transparency and customer support. Customers deserve clear communication and honest updates, especially when orders are significantly delayed.

Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company.

Order has never arrived & customer service does not reply!

We're still waiting for our parcel to arrive. It's been 2 weeks and they do not reply to my emails. The tracking link gives different information each day: yesterday May 20th the product was supposed to be in China, however this morning the tracking link shows me the parcel is in Berlin, Germany since the 15th of May. I understand if there are shipping problems, but please update your customers if that is the case! Right now I am very disappointed and just want to cancel the order and want a reimbursement of my payment.

UBE that comes....from CHINA !
I ordered 2 weeks ago and despite the sending of a track number, impossible to find the shipment company. I finally succeed in finding a tracking site to discover that my parcel was sent from China ! The promise was "Livraison gratuite dès 32,00 €.

Commandes expédiées sous 24h. Livraison : Livraison Colissimo (48h-72h)." => this is false !
The UBE is sent from China, made in China. This a a lye !
I still wait for it to send the powder to be analysed because I am afraid by the presence of CADMIUM in the powder. Just to remind the EUROPEAN REGULATION give a limit for the presence of Cadmium....

ORDERED 4 WEEKS AGO, NOTHING RECEIVED, NO COMMUNICATION, AND THEY EVEN BLOCKED ME ON INSTAGRAM WHEN I TRIED TO CONTACT THEM. I ORDERED 500G UBE DO NOT DO NOT ORDER BECAUSE YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE UR PRODUCT EVEN IF YOU PAY! SCAMMERS
