Terrible tracking service
Terrible tracking service. I do not recommend it.
Our package was marked as delivered, but there was absolutely no information about where it was delivered or who signed for it. No delivery address, no proof of delivery, and no local tracking number were ever provided.
We contacted customer support several times by email and never received a reply. Without a local tracking number, it was impossible to contact the final delivery company or investigate what actually happened to the package.
The tracking information was confusing and inconsistent, making the situation even worse instead of helping. A tracking service should provide clear and reliable information, but this one failed completely.
If you need accurate tracking and responsive customer support, look elsewhere

People blame the wrong party – this is just a tracking tool, not a courier
A lot of negative reviews here complain about not receiving packages, but this is a free tracking site that only shows location data from the tracking number. If your package doesn’t arrive, the fault is usually with the seller or shipping company.
I had one issue where status said ‘delivered’ prematurely, but after contacting support, my package arrived the next day. The site isn’t the most polished, but it gives valuable visibility – especially for orders from China with long shipping times.

Track718.us is a scam site, if you know how to dig, it's based out of China, not in the US as the .us would make you think it is. The site allows predators to log in such as Lenvoir and just put in fake info. We had a package that never went out, it's been a very long time now since we've made the purchase and still have never seen the package. They even tried to say the package arrived in our city in the sorting facility, but they failed to put the wrong zip code with our city, and used a zip code 2 hours away from here.
Do NOT use Lenvoir's site, and if anyone tries to show you tracking over Track718.us it's a scam site. I've been in cybersecurity, this is your warning.

I just received an Email from a VERY SUSPICIOUS COMPANY I WAS AN IDIOT TO EVEN TRY TO ORDER FROM, ARVYSA, it was for yoga slacks. Found out they just originated as of 5/26/2026!!! Oh, surprise, right!!!!!! Now today they sent the Email telling me my items are on their way and being shipped via Track718, but the tracking number can’t be found, sounds about right!!! Scam alert!!🚨 I didn’t sense the scam quickly enough and I paid the charge with my debit card. But as soon as I did I locked my card from any further charges! I called my bank to report fraud but couldn’t stop the charge so I have to call again and report to have the refund done due to fraud charges because this has all the ear marks of a 100%. Scam/fraud! TRACK718, thank you for coming forward and letting us know about you like you did, it proves to be very helpful!! I was tricked by an ad on YOUTUBE to make my purchase, just to let anyone know!!!!’

Track718 is a fraud with no support
Track718 is a fraud with no support.
I questioned the purchase ( an online Chinese Company) so I used PayPal to protect my card information and allow for easy dispute resolution if needed.
They sent me a link to Track718. It took almost a month for it to say that the item was delivered. It was never delivered, I contacted the store and got no response. I tried to reach Track718 with no success.

Track718 complicit with scam sites
Believe Track718 to be co-conspirators with scam websites. They send intermittent updates on their “tracking” and then when payment has cleared it reads as “delivered” and packages were never delivered. I have exterior cameras on my property and know 100% no delivery was made on or around the time claimed. And after reading other reviews on Trust Pilot I see the exact same thing with hundreds of other people globally and the exact same canned response sent from Track 718 to the victims. I recommend if you order online and get a tracking link to Track 718, cancel your order and contact payment company immediately to try and cancel payment, you ARE being scammed

Another scammed Customer
I have been waiting for my item to arrive since February 2026. Supposed to take up to 21 days to arrive. Apparently the first parcel arrived on a Sunday in March. We don't get postal deliveries on a Sunday for a start. So, they sent out another parcel. This parcel was delivered allegedly some 600kms from my home address 2 days ago. This company is definitely a scam. Avoid at all costs. All attempts to contact the courier have failed.

After reporting the issue to 17Track, they responded by providing the contact information of the logistics provider, but it was useless.
