Exchange delivery
I’ve been waiting for an exchange since June 25, it’s been over 2 weeks and I haven’t had any emails of confirmation and every time I check for the package with the tracking number it says it’s still at the same place as it was on June 27.

Not an even exchange
The exchange process was fine, but I had a small discount when I purchased the sandals and when I exchanged them for the next size up, it wasn’t an even exchange. I had to pay an additional $10. That was disappointing.

I've been wearing TKEES flip-flops for years, and I probably own 25 pairs! They are the perfect combination of comfort, style, and quality. They go with everything-from shorts and swimsuits to sundresses. They are comfortable to wear with my elegant deisgned dresses that I wear on cruise ships (alot of walking). I recently purshased 2 pairs of the Kitten Heals, super cute!! Knock off are not an option for me...

Bad sizing table (old version)
Quality is good but previous sizing table was inaccurate (now it's updated and still sizing is very confusing) - i was ordering EU size 40 and it stated in cm that it was 26.9
actual shoe length i've received for size 40 is 26.2
but now sizing table is showing i need 42 size for length 26.9
