Kaizen has been instrumental in helping me get my business off the ground. What stood out most was how patient and supportive the team is. They understand it's your first time navigating something like this and never make you feel rushed or overwhelmed.
One thing I really appreciate is that they don't just do everything for you, and honestly, that's the point. If you're building a business around your own skill, you need to understand how it works yourself. When you come prepared, asking specific questions and clearly explaining what you need help with or want clarification on, they respond thoroughly and offer a range of suggestions tailored to your situation.

The Kaizen team offers constant support in the process, the community is very active and provides lots of support as well, and the educational modules are plenty.

Naturally still requires a lot of effort from you but overall very happy with the constant support

I joined the Kaizen program with no real high value skills and I was a bit skeptical to do so but once I got in I quickly met people in similar positions with similar goals.

I developed a skillset in high demand and learned how to best market and sell that skill.

The content in the program is very valuable - all the resources are in there to help you reach your goals it is just a matter of consistently putting in the work.

I’ve spent so much on courses and this seriously doesn’t feel like a “course”. It’s the most interactive REAL coaching experience anyone trying to get into business needs. If your unsure of investing into yourself by getting this, take this as your damn sign, invest before it’s too late bro.

Before the kaizen i didnt know about how to start a business, i thought just emailing a client was enough, but as soon as i join STP i learned how to create an irresistible offer, how to acquire clients and how to fulfill and most importantly how to retain and scale your business, the coaches are always present to help and the community is so much amazing

The value is fantastic. You’re held accountable to a high level of work, in a way pressuring you to do more but in a healthy way.

There’s no sugar coating, they tell you how it is and will help you with what you need help with.

One thing which I believe to be the most underrated is the group of people within it. Like minded people, wanting to achieve and be more.

I could go on forever, there’s loads I’d like to talk about. But there is one non negotiable you must know before you join. You must work disgustingly hard. No bullshit, you’ve got to grind. If you’re not willing to do that, don’t bother joining.

STP is one of the best mentorship’s I’ve bought, Callum knows what he’s saying, a short call with him really pointed me in the right direction and I have the full roadmap on how I can build systems and scale my business. The mentorship also offers continuous support and accountability, so I don’t lose track of my goals and ambitions. If you're looking for a structured system and a community focused on following a specific business model, you may get value from this. But if you're looking for genuine mentorship, nuanced guidance, or support in forging your own path, this probably isn't the right fit.

I joined because the sales process gave me the impression there would be far more direct mentorship and access than there actually was. Certain aspects of the support and coaching structure were presented very differently during the sales call compared to what I experienced after joining.

In practice, most support came through generic Discord interactions, and the experience felt much more rigid and impersonal than expected.

The coaches insight is very valuable and I’ve gained knowledge in this group that I will carry for the rest of my life, definitely worth the Investment.

If you've been thinking about starting a business for a while and think that this is your cheap ticket to $10k/mo, do not kid yourself. There's no such thing as a free meal. You can't make something from nothing.
You need to be ready to put in the work. The coaches and mentors in here are great at guiding and giving feedback on what's gonna work and what's not, but ultimately you need to do the work it takes to get what you want. I joined the STP Inner Circle at a really transitional point. I was scaling my Head of Sales role at a global health-tech company while simultaneously building a practice management SaaS.

The biggest value for me has been the structured accountability and the gameplan framework. Having to articulate your goals, your offer, your target market, and your action steps in a clear document forced me to think more clearly about what I was actually building, not just what I was busy with. That clarity matters a lot when you're juggling a full-time job and a startup.

The kaizen doesn’t cut corners , there’s a culture of not settling for less , there is constantly new content new updates and overall improvements to the course, community & accountability is great and attention to details is also very good I’ve learnt so much it’s amazing

Started off doing email marketing but chose to pivot to appointment setting later on. Callum and his team have been amazing for me, they’ve been there every step of the way when I chose to change up my skill, and they’re making sure I leave no stone unturned. Still a way to go in my entrepreneurial journey but I wouldn’t have gotten this far without Callum and the team. If you’re a complete beginner, I’d highly recommend going with The Kaizen.

I have been in the STP group for some time now and I enjoy the fact that team members assist with questions you may have and weekly q&a calls as well for the whole group.

This isn’t a get-rich-quick program and you aren’t going to earn 10K a month instantly upon joining. If you are serious about entrepreneurship it requires a lot of time, money and dedication. Your only limit is YOU and the kaizen team is there to assist you not hold your hand.

I’ve been working on my business for about a year now and still haven’t reached that 10K per month goal however this is purely because learning a skill takes time and then on top of it you need to learn skills like sales and marketing which is vast.

Unless you have a skill in which you have already mastered you will be working on business side operations like your website and social media/outreach. If you are starting out with no skill at all or very minimal knowledge in a skill like me, it will take time.

The kaizen team however have been there to assist me and the course is always updating with new material on to the already vast knowledge and recording Callum has provided so I’m very pleased with what I paid for.

The Skill to profit course gives so much value, it is literally insane. The whop course is easy to follow, and gives a lot of valuable information that is really useful in reality, in contrast to things one learns at school. In addition to this, the ceiling of return is all up to yourself. People are earning €10k+ in here from a, in comparison, measaly investment in yourself. Best investment one can make for self improvement

This is a solid program and group of people who can help people achieve their business goals.
