Exceptional prop firm with a genuinely supportive team and transparent rules!
I have had an outstanding experience trading with The5ers. From day one, the entire process has been incredibly transparent, professional, and trader-friendly.
Here are a few things that truly stand out:
Top-Notch Support Team: The customer care team is incredibly fast, knowledgeable, and always ready to go the extra mile. You truly feel like they are invested in your success rather than just waiting for you to fail.
Clear & Fair Rules: Unlike other prop firms that hide strict guidelines in the fine print, their rules are straightforward and reasonable. They focus on rewarding consistent, disciplined trading and proper risk management.
Reliable Payouts: The withdrawal process is smooth, reliable, and completely "no-nonsense." Knowing you will get paid on time gives you immense peace of mind.
Excellent Trading Conditions: The spreads are highly competitive, execution speed is excellent with minimal slippage, and the dashboard is incredibly intuitive for tracking performance.
Whether you are a beginner looking to test your strategies or an advanced trader wanting to scale up to $4M, The5ers is easily one of the most reliable and trusted prop firms in the industry. Highly recommended!
It's a great platform for traders that have good trading ability but don't have enough money
Great process, great team. No need to follow up on things. Everything flows seamlessly.
No issues with Payout. You may have to go through interview with risk and compliance but it is just the standard check. If rules are adhered then there is no reason to worry. Impressed with the team overall.
5ers is very very good prop firm. The Customer support is very good. I like their support. Thakns 5 ers being part of your.
Thank you.
Great platform and service so far. Just passed evaluation
I’ve just received my 6th payout from The 5ers, and once again it arrived in less than 48 hours. The consistency and speed of their payouts are simply outstanding.
After trying different prop firms, I can honestly say that The 5ers has given me the best overall experience. Their rules are fair, the support team is professional and responsive, and the entire process—from evaluation to funded trading and payouts—has been smooth and transparent.
Fast payouts, reliable service, and a trader-friendly environment are exactly what every serious trader looks for. Thank you, The 5ers, for consistently delivering on your promises. Looking forward to many more payout
I think 5ers is the best prop firm in the prop firm space it has total transparency and no hidden rules to deny your payout. If you have a strategy and experience you too can become profitable with 5ers and change your trading journey and life. Thank you 5ers
Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this firm.
I spent a lot of time and effort passing both evaluation phases while following what I believed were the firm’s rules. Before trading, I contacted the support team several times to ask whether my trading style, including scalping and larger lot sizes, was allowed. I was repeatedly told that there was no issue as long as I followed the rules, and I have screenshots of those conversations.
However, after completing the evaluation, my account was not approved and was later disabled. I was told this was due to “bulk trading,” but I was not given a detailed explanation showing which specific trades violated the rules.
What disappointed me the most was the inconsistency. The support team could not explain the decision and referred me to the risk management team. When I tried to contact the risk team for clarification, I was unable to get a satisfactory response.
In my opinion, the communication between the support team and the risk management team is inconsistent, and I believe the trading policies should be explained much more clearly before traders purchase an account.
I encourage anyone considering this firm to carefully read all of the rules, keep records of every conversation with support, and make their own informed decision based on all available information.

I’m comfortable with all the rules but not being able to login my accounts with more than one phone is not good
