Over 45 days and still not seeing my order. (#72052) im from EU. I contacted the support to give me the money back (which it is in transit because the courier says that my adrrss is wrong) and they asked for my adress 3 times and i gave it to them without any solution. I told them to tell the courier to ship back to them the items but somehow they cant. Its just shit

- it took more than 4-8 days to get the ropes, as they state in their website;
- second, it comes from China, we all expected it to come from Switzerland, but their ropes comes from China, this is quite disappointing;
- third, the ropes quality xelerate speed rope is very low, you can easily find it of the same quality in other shops at a much cheaper price.
I added the second star just because the heavy rope is well made, that's the only reason.
Honestly following the influencer I was quite excited, I started jumpining thanks to him, so I decided to try his ropes, he talks about changing life through jump rope and he looked honest, but it turned out that this brand looks more a classic e-commerce to get as much money as possible out of his followers.
The only rope worth buying is the heavy one.

I am soooo disapointed from the customer service of your brand. I am from the EU and there is nowhere written you ship it from China so the shipping time is gonna be much looooonger. I need to train quickly and also it was suppose to be a gift for my birthday
. I am trying to cancel the order and get refund because it has not been sent yet, just the label was created and the company says NO IT IS ALREADY IN PROCESS - which is against the EU consumer law. And I was their huge fan. Disapointed so much. I dont care about your drop shipping system. I have found out you are not shipping from Switzerland so it is not gonna take 5-10 days as you said but most probably min 3 weeks so I decided to cancel... wow, just shocked.

The product was shipped from China. Due to the branding and shipping times, I assumed it would come from Switzerland. Also, the tracker on their webpage hides the origin (I don't know if on purpose), but on other tracker pages, you can clearly see it was shipped from Shenzhen. Also, the box came completely smushed.
What upsets me most here is that I fell for an influencer. The way he presents himself online shows he truly loves rope skipping and wants to bring a good rope to the market, not just a standard rope. Since then, I have found other identical ropes online, so much for "made to our specifications."
The quality is low to medium, which is too low at this price point, in my opinion.
Overall a negative experience, which is very sad considering how much I had looked forward to receiving the ropes.

Have used the jump rope (weighted) a couple times and like it.
However, I am disappointed in the fact that this appears to be a Swiss company solely via the founder/owner & the name. I waited about 2 weeks for the rope to arrive, and only then saw that it came from China. This is not mentioned anywhere on the site and because of the name, I assumed it would be shipped from Switzerland. If you click "Shipping" in the footer, it just brings you to the blog, same with "FAQ". I really think you need to communicate the origin of the product on your site as the name SwissSkip is very misleading. I will not be purchasing from you again due to this.

I never received my jump rope. I live in a high rise building downtown and when the courier attempted to deliver the package they weren’t able to get in the building so they just left it on the sidewalk outside. I understand this is the couriers fault but customer service on their website says to file a claim with the merchant and when I tried to explain that to Swissskip they just quit responding to my emails without providing any help. Customer service is terrible and I’m disappointed I never received the product I paid for because a delivery person made a terrible decision to leave my package on the sidewalk outside a building in a downtown area with lots of foot traffic. Swissskip should be able to have the courier cover the cost on a replacement instead of just ignoring my problem entirely.

Ordered it more than two weeks ago and still have not received my jump ropes. The delivery lag time is ridiculous. In 16 days, I've also received 8 marketing emails, which is excessive.

I ordered the Untangled Beginner Bundle and l received it really quickly considering l live in Australia. The skipping rope is excellent quality and the Untangled App is way beyond what l expected, there are so many instruction videos, progression advice, nutrition advice and recipes, a community board where l can ask questions, it’s all fantastic. The customer service has been excellent. I highly recommend Swissskip, they are the real deal. Thank you.

I ordered the beginner’s bundle that comes with the lifetime membership and I got the rope delivered in just 2 weeks which isn’t long. Moreover, when I contacted customer service to activate my lifetime membership, their response was very prompt and got it all sorted out quite quick. The rope has a very smooth nice finish and for me it’s quite a good quality and it definitely is more fun and easier to jump rope with it compared to the other speed rope I got. I’m not sure as to how far the bad reviews go as I was hesitant at first when reading them but I’m very glad I made the order and am very satisfied with the product and customer service. Keep it up guys!
