Was so excited about placing an order…
Was so excited about placing an order with this company while also supporting the wounded warrior project. Unfortunately, my excitement was quickly erased when I received the shipment and found a completely different band and not the wounded warrior band I ordered. Multiple emails to their "contact" email (the ONLY way to correspond with them) went unanswered. Sent an email from my work account and did get a response, but no resolution and no further communication. Very bad customer service.

Love these watch bands (especially the Stella!)
This is a great product! It takes a bit of maneuvering to figure out how to work everything, but once you do (youtube tutorials help!) you will love these watch bands!!
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. They Shipped the wrong band and then would not respond to any messages, chats, or when i completed a return, it never sent the return information. I tried to message them on Facebook, emailed, used their chat bot, nothing worked.
I like their bands, not the Apple Watch cover
I like their bands. The Apple Watch case with tempered glass screen protector is quite literally a plastic cover. You cannot use your watch with it on. It just covers the watch and is not a secure fit. It also makes the watch face look weird.
shipping is not trackable; quality is lacking
Not only shipping is not trackable, their customer service is slow to answer any inquiries. After receiving the band, I found it to be very flimsy, weak to hold an Apple iwatch Ultra 2 securely. To top it all of, the band was already ripped at the point of connection between the band and the watch. I’m currently waiting on them to tell me how to return it and get a full refund.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. The band that I ordered took more than two weeks to arrive and when I finally got the package, it was the wrong item. I sent an email asking to have the correct item sent to me and got an auto reply that said they were experiencing delays in responding to customer emails, so please be patient. One week later, still no response. I gave up and decided to return the band and discovered that I will now be charged $3.99 for shipping the band back to them. The band itself seems like decent quality but not worth the price and definitely not worth the hassle of this horrible customer service experience.
They take your money & deliver NOTHING
I ordered 5 Solace bands on 6/11. Of course, they charged my card immediately. But, so far, have yet to create a label. After 2 weeks, I complained via their link. After another week, they responded by saying 2 of the bands were out of stock. I selected 2 to replace them. But, they do not follow thru with their orders. Any time you send them something, you go to the back of the line. If I don’t get my order in the next 3 days, will reverse the charges.
Extremely delay in shipping and no customer service.
We are having the same problem. Placed the order on June 2nd and received a email notification on June 9th @8:28am. It is now July 3rd and still have not recieved our order. The status on the tracking still stayed the same. They have no customer service number to contact.
Emailed customer service 3 twice, receiving only an automated message “While the tracking may not show recent movement, rest assured that your order is still on its way to you. You can keep an eye on your tracking through your tracking link here:” it is almost a month now and tracking still the same no movement.
At this point I would like my ordered cancelled. This is absolutely frustrating.

I ordered bands on 6/11. On 6/16 I received an email saying my bands were on the way. On 6/23 I inquired on shipping times because from the 16th to the 23rd, the package remained at “label created, USPS awaiting item.” I got an automated response asking me to continue waiting and a link with my tracking number, which I obviously already had, and if I wanted to continue communicating with a representative to reply with “hi” to the email. I have since replied on the 25th, 26th and 30th and gotten zero reply. I foolishly spent $100 on watch bands and have a feeling I’ll never see them. Terrible customer service. Be ware of purchasing from Solace.

I play soccer and needed a better band on my venu 2sq watch, my husband ordered the wrong band, didn’t know what to do so I contacted you for help. We were given instructions on how to return band and get the correct one with no problems thank you for the great service.

Poor Customer Service
I ordered a watch band on June 7th, 2026 and still have yet to received it. I have contacted customer service numerous times with no response. The last email I received said that package was on its way and that I could track it with the number they gave me however that number is not linked to any delivery. Their website says customers can expect delivery’s between 2-12 days from when they were placed however that is not true. While I understand shipping delays it has now been over 3 weeks and no updates, replies, or shipments from them.

Problem 1: I placed order 5/22 received 6/8. I received email 5/27, its on the way. 6/3 I reached out sonce I lookes at tracking and the items were atill in AZ.
Problem 2: The promotion I bought was buy 2 get 2. Once bands arrived one of them didnt fit well so I wanted to exchange it, you can only exchange for same band different color. So I said return & refund. I opted for the option store credit so I could get another band. It said I would get gift card plus an add'l $10 for doing store credit and then it also said gift the band to someone no need to return! So I check email for gift card and only received $10. Needless to say they told me the band has no value it was one of the ones that was buy 2 get 2. I have been going around with customer service, even told them now I have buy 2 get one. And all they say is sorry for the frustration. But they will not make it right. I had no problem returning the band. I am so annoyed at the whole process and the 100% money back guarantee is a lie.

I ordered my bands 10 days ago. They still have not shipped. Seems like shipping and customer service is a problem with this company. I wish I would have checked the reviews before purchase, I’m hoping to get them before my trip but it doesn’t no look promising.
