The app looked very interesting in December 2025. I signed up, but like a lot of people, I missed the subscription policy. I never used the app, completely forgot about it until I checked my credit... See more

Skyfluence - Buyer/Subscriber Beware!
All I did was agree to an initial $6.99 and was subsequently charged another $39.99. When you convert that from $USD (which btw they don't show) to $AUD it's almost $70 which is a lot of money when you're not working. I tried to get a refund but they didn't care, suffice to say I've never used the app. I got a chargeback from my bank but because the payment went via my PayPal account I am now being chased by ARL (PayPal's debt collection company) because my PayPal acc is now in the red. With all the health battles I've got this is not what I need.

Unauthorised recurring charges — over $750 taken without consent
I discovered a recurring charge from VSA_SKYFLUENCE-BEAUTY on my card statement that I never knowingly authorised.
It started with a small charge of $15.18 in September 2025, then continued monthly at amounts between roughly $77 and $86 - right through to July 2026. In total, this company has taken $752.79 from my account over 10 months without my clear consent.
I have no memory of signing up for a subscription of this level with this company, and there was no clear way to identify or contact them to request a refund.
Other reviews here describe the same pattern - small first charges that turn into months of billing that's difficult to stop.
I'd strongly encourage anyone who sees "VSA_SKYFLUENCE-BEAUTY" on their statement to check their card history carefully.

After writing an bad review that I have been charged a 45 fee a month for nine months, with emails proving my request for cancelation, they admitted error and refunded me one month. One month, that is it. An error on tjere part sorry, and we saw your bas review if you would update thst ... So it takes a bad review to get a credit, I wish I would have known thay 8 month ago. That is $360 lost for trying a style clothing app to follow protocol reqiest a cancelation only to have been taken for 360 dollars. I found this stype app on facebook which is full of scam marketing.

Your customer service team - I heard from a woman named Kelly - was exceptional. They responded quickly, explained the situation, and rectified it. It’s not often you experience that kind of service anymore without having to go back and forth with the explanation typically coming from the end of the consumer.
I still don’t know what your company does or what I was being charged for, but I did inquire and I’m sure Kelly will respond. The problem on my end is that I believe I may have had fraudulent activity on my AmEx. I am in my 50s and don’t have any beauty apps. However, the charge said it went through Apple Pay which I didn’t think anyone could hack. Any information you can provide would be helpful to me and AmEx. Thank you again to Kelly and your customer service team.

I have been charged $45 + dollars every month for 9 months and have emails to prove that I request the charge be taken off and credited, and every month I had to email them again. I now had to cancel my debit card. They trick you in saying click this, or you did not answer back correctly. Or we show there has been no more charges.

I am mortified!! just noticed a strange charge on my account and realized that this app has been charging me $55/month since November 2025!! I never used the app after the initial download to check it out and was never sent any notification that I was being charged everymonth!! this is an atrocious overstep and dishonest way of conducting business.
